Don't get why Brownsburg is so low.

She would have gone to LC. Went to MS at Belzer
Going back now, that was a stupid comment on my part. This thread was about LC. Duh.🤓

Shots fired!
DT and I have been ribbing each other and tangling on this board for years. I'm sure he considers the source at this point when I respond to him.😂

I won't publicly reveal where I received my information (was told up 50 points and leave Charlie in to put 2 more TD's on the board) - but I can tell you it's from a source VERY close to the program
So, when you do this, we are just considering the source.

This is also happening with Girl's sports there. We have a friend who transferred to North Central and started on their GBB team.
LN was state runner-up last year.

Are they running wing t with him? Haven't gotten a chance to check them out this year.
They've gone to a spread.

Right about that. I kinda forgot the Warriors have a great defense.
McCulley is special, but he's definitely what makes that team go. BD had a pick six or they don't get 21 on the Giants. Ben Davis put the game to bed early and had a chance to really finish it out earlier than they did. LN's scrappy, though.

I don't think Warren gives up 28.

Center Grove is a bit of a long shot to win State. If the Warriors can get it together, I think they will win again. I mean, the state's largest class hasn't had a repeat champion since 2006.
CG is a different squad with a healthy Carson Steele.

Nah. I'm good.

Center Grove hoists the trophy at LOS in November. You heard it here first.
If they get Carson Steele back, that's not a super big jump. Regardless, it wouldn't be that big of a surprise anyway.

Take a closer look at the video. There are multiple angles out there...
Which has nothing to do with what I posted, but thanks for continuing to stir the pot. Have a pleasant Friday night.

Watched another couple of clips of this play, from different angles than were on the Indy Star highlights. Absolutely no question in my mind that this was the right call, and handled 100% correctly by the crew. The mob coming on the field was within a few yards of the loose ball. Has to be illegal participation under those circumstances. Great job by the crew in a difficult situation.
And, I might add, an incredibly classy response by the Warren athletic department to post their end zone video on Twitter along with the official explanation. Mr. Clayton is a class act, and I respect him tremendously and so is Coach West. With their work along with the work of Coach Kirschner and Coach Hart and their staffs, this rivalry has gone from a game I used to dread because of all the unsportsmanlike conduct to what it has become today...a hard-nosed game played by two great and proud programs.

Penn let the BD rivalry go because of Mishawaka. Now, they are apparently both gone from the schedule.

Pike will be plenty competitive. Cialdella is a very capable QB. If Warren plays the way they did against Ben Davis, anything is possible.
I tend to agree with your score prediction, but I really have to wonder about Warren and where they are right now.

Nice win for the Giants. A little bit more indicative of what this team COULD be than what it has been so far. Hoping this win can spark the Giants to see their potential.
I was surprised the Giants got the call at the end of regulation. That's rarely called, but, by letter of the law, the field goal try must play all the way out. Warren came on the field early and was penalized. BD took advantage of the second chance and then made a huge play in the double OT to get the ball back without a WC score to give them the chance to win.
It was a fun game either way. I'm sure a healthy number of Warren fans will blame the refs, but that team did not look good tonight. Alot of that was the BD defense, who played very well, but this Warren team did not look like the Warren I expected. Gotta get off the field on a 4th & 19...which BD converted...well before the penalty at the end of regulation.

The amazing thing is that it took until 2018, as I read this, for someone to reach out and tell the school that was being hurt by the leaks.

I can't identify exactly what's going on with BD right now other than they've been pretty inconsistent. I don't have a good feeling about Friday night, but, if there's ever a time to put your foot in the turf and say no more...it would be Friday. I'll still be in and with the purple win or lose.

A separate topic and I posted it in the Warren/BD thread, but at what point do we legitimately start talking about Southport as a sectional title favorite over BD?
I think that's very fair.

It should be noted that they did beat..
Warren, North Central, Pike (then Conference Indiana), and Center Grove to make it to state where they beat Snider.
