Stadium location is irrelevant in value of franchise in this context of which Doyel is trying to convey . If it actually happens (still don't believe it will either). All it means is they visit this place around 13-15 times a year with 10 being actual games. maybe some practices things but majority of their work will continue to be in Lake Forest . I know folks who go to Horse tracks and have a blast and do not even wager a single penny Hence Saratoga Springs. Pay $7. get a picnic table and you get to bring anything you want in as long as no glass bottles. Other Side of the Coin: As an adult, who can control their fun money and create a balance that has bills, savings, retirement, funsies all taken care of, then why would that scream desperation ? I play horses typically in some capacity Wed thru Sunday and international tracks and wager on College hoops and NFL with that being a 70/30 split. Its a form of entertainment for me, I do it responsibly, this shocks me, your stance from the years of libertarianism and your constant message of consenting adult choice should not be governed nor considered "desperation"
