    There was four year period where Snider had two out of conference games and it didn't benefit them one bit.

    It didn't benefit Snider by playing Penn before when they were a lot better. For Luers dropping Snider for Adams Central would be a waste of time for Luers, not trying to be arrogant. Maybe Leo or East Noble might help.

    All I was trying to do is start a fun little discussion on what people thought or hoped would happen next year in the conference. Maybe I should have started a thread on conference realignment then we could discuss who wins the SAC next year.

    How do you know that Westfield would not have learned more from that game also and won by even more. One thing Westfield probably would learn is until SAC teams get better they would benefit very little from playing them.

    Let's say Homestead would have played Westfield in the regular season and got throttled 42-9 how would that help Homestead in the playoffs?

    There was a four year period where SAC teams had two out of conference games during this stretch Snider's seasons ended in blowout loses. When Carroll and Homestead joined the SAC which resulted in closed scheduling Snider wins State that first year. It's not who play that makes you better it's how you play that does.

    Who are teams going to play that will help them out? Indy area schools aren't going to travel to Ft. Wayne when they know it won't help them out they'll get better competition staying close to home.

    Contenders for the bell.. Homestead, Dwenger, Carroll and Snider. Tier 2... Concordia, Luers, Northrop and Wayne Bottom tier... North side and South Side Take this with a grain of salt due to my ignorance of who everyone has coming back and or transfers etc.

    I was joking. There was a few Luers posters in previous years that would always say Luers would be lucky to win a certain game in which Luers would end up winning by 40.

    Honorable mention for me in 2a is Kyle Lindsay. Instead of having back to back state championship he had back to back 3-6 regular seasons and was 8 seconds away a from state championship.
