Indeed. It's all coming together with Warren showing George how to run a professional organization. Caleb probably only had 3 bad throws yesterday and 2 of them were to Colston. That slant was likely a TD if Caleb hit him. So hard to tell on any given Sunday who will get the stats. And Ben rewards players for their play. #9 was all over the place blocking yesterday. I heard Ben say today he rewarded him with that last TD catch.

lol...he is the complete opposite as how he was painted, no pun intended. Wants to be coached. Wants perfection. I think he and Ben are a very good match. Did you see Caleb ripping into someone on the sideline? Didn't matter to him that the offense was putting up video game numbers. 8TD's and 0 for Odunze, Burden or Loveland. A LOT of weapons.

Yep. Credit to him for continuing to fight and find a way. In fairness to him, he also had a nice TD pass dropped. But he did have some really bad throws. Same for Sayin. He'll likely be a 4 year QB. He disappeared in the 2nd half with some really bad throws.

Yeah, I didn't like either of those decisions. Could have went up 13-0 with a makeable FG. Sometimes you just have to take the points. Going up 13-0 early in the game was the perfect time. I completely understand not wanting to just give up points and it's easy to say in hindsight, but it was probably best for Ohio State to just let Texas score at the end on 1st down. OSU would have had the ball back with over 1 minute to go. There appeared to be 0% chance they were keeping Texas out of the end zone on 4 downs from the goal line with the way Texas' O was controlling the 4th quarter.

23-3. Unreal chokejob by Ohio State. Game should have been over when Texas needed that miracle 4th down pass by Arch where he threw across his body. Game should have been over with Ohio State going up 9 instead of the kicker completely pissing down his leg on that last FG attempt.

Seeing Ozzy listed as LT #2 along with Ben's comments regarding his recovery gives me hope he'll be back much sooner than anticipated. I'm not looking forward to watching Jones at LT on Sunday.

Odd situation. Now he's left Halas Hall and is rehabbing with his personal trainer. Seems like a last ditch effort for him. Ian Rapoport's update yesterday alludes to Gordon being back with the Bears in a few weeks. I guess we'll see. He's not eligible to play until Week 5, so he has plenty of time to heal and be ready.

Stanford's average home attendance was around 45K in 2019 and dropped to 28K last year. 28K is 55% capacity. Cal's average last year was 34K and 56% capacity. UCLA is pretty bad as well. These 3 have suffered the most from the old Pac 12. Everyone else is over 80% capacity with 2025 average attendance. I know the Rose Bowl isn't close to UCLA's campus, but I would think their attendance would drastically increase if the Bruins weren't a cellar dwellar. No idea about Stanford and Cal. Move to the ACC plus a crappy product on the field could have killed the fanbase.

Yeah, watching their OL against Rabun-Gap's defensive front was fantastic. Not sure anyone, including Westfield, can provide that match pressure to the Brownsburg OL and Frye. Brownsburg was up 31-7 when they started playing their 2nd team D late in the 4th quarter. A majority of Rabun-Gaps front 7 will be playing Power 4 college ball.

Thankfully, there are bars and restaraunts around Indy that cater to Bears fans. But, yeah, it's annoying that I pretty much know I'm not getting the Bears on Fox59 or CBS4 if the Colts are on at the same time. Otherwise, I feel like the Indy stations will typically televise the Bears.

Felt like they opened up the offense more against Lowell. Against Pike it was a lot of runs in power sets like we saw last year. It's possible. Curious to see how they play against Merrillville. Ater the Pirates it'll potentially be a lot of blowouts the rest of the way.

Crown Point's offense is more dynamic this year. They have a QB who can throw the ball and is committed to an FCS School, a 6'4 SR TE committed to Central Michigan, a 6'7 TE who is a starter on the basketball team, and a 6'2 Soph WR who will likely be a D1 recruit. But, they still like to line up in jumbo sets and run the ball behind a large OL. They left some points on the board against Pike with drives stalling out in Pike territory. IMO, they need to get the passing game going and not rely so much on the power running game. Not being able to throw the ball killed them against Penn last year in Secitonals.

I'm reading LA is going through a record setting heat wave. Found this article that listed game time temps at 91. For comparison, Tallahassee's high temp yesterday was around 88 with 95% humidity. FSU seemed to have a big crowd. Are USC fans soft or only show up for big games?
