  1. WW has in fact added North Daviess as a home game. Full schedule this year hopefully! Now to get an 8 team sectional next year.
  2. 4 more months. Hope everyone provides some summer info to help burn the time. Wondering if WW will try to add North Daviees. Both now have week 6 open with Linton adding someone else. Makes too much sense to me. Same sectional. Played in the past regularly. ND was scheduled to be on road that week and we desperately need a home game.
  3. Think it's more of a highlighting teams from last year. I'm not highlighting Lutheran because they are private....I'd highlight Linton I'm sure over last few years if they were in 1A. I think it's also highlighting teams that haven't moved up. Scenia webo and pioneer just like LCC have moved up. I'd be just fine if WW moved up due to success factor. I do however 100% think you should have to win at least 1 title in order to move up. 2 runner ups shouldn't matter. Just my opinion
  4. I like the rolling idea. Indy Lutheran another example (like Mater Dei). Could (probably) end up winning 4 outta 5 before moving to 2A including just going back to back and currently on a 30 game win streak.
  5. Appreciate you. I knew of the Valley back ground (I work at the casino...kids go to Valley...wife a Valley grad). I know of Corydons offense last year as similar to WW offense under bowsman but jasper and Valley didn't run that so didn't see that continuing. Good luck coach and always enjoy a coaches perspective on the board. Thanks!!
  6. Maybe they are just gonna let the JV play from start
  7. Listed on Harrells.....why in the world would either team want this game?
  8. Corydon officially hired Luke Keller. Who has info? System?
  9. According to Harrells looks like Salem/Springs Valley is gonna be a series. Added to week 5. Also so far only week 6 opening I can see happening for WW is Washington. We played there couple years ago then they cancelled. Maybe they can return the trip. We need the home game that's for sure.
  10. They lose all their skill players including QB and do it all RB Robert Lamar but return every lineman it appears. Our JR high beat em 48-0. They did beat our JV but we only played like 3 or 4 JV games I think finishing winless. That about all the info I could find.
  11. I dunno. Going independent has allowed them to schedule easier/closer to their size instead of the MSC meat grinder. That seems to be their biggest help last few years. 6-9 last 2 years against non MSC schools 2-5 vs current. Still play Charlestown, Scottsburg, North Harrison. They did have 39 listed on last year's roster (11 seniors I believe). So they seem to be in better shape then alot of struggling schools. Hopefully the next coach can continue to build.
  12. Clarksville coach Justin Boser has left for Greenwood. Good luck to him. Another opening. Even if not in MSC anymore they are glorified members. 🤣
  13. Coaching out in Texas now. I'm more surprised Thompson stepped down so quickly. Now we wait for Corydon to announce. Their HC stepped down pretty quick I assumed he had a job lined up somewhere. Wonder if he will be an assistant somewhere
  14. That's good for Mitchell. I know our JH was decent and mix well with the soon to be sophomore class as they have alot more size. Looks like we may have quite a few years of dog fights coming up. Most conference seems to have some bright spots coming if the kids stick with it.
  15. Thanks!! Salem is always hard for WW to beat. Even when we are really good Salem just generally has our number. Odd they seem to never have a coach stick around long. Good luck to him! Hope it works out.
  16. Interesting. Dont know much outside his stint at Paoli. O and the Floyd Central fan who always brings him up when mad in the HHC thread. Haha. What kinda offense he tend to run?
  17. How did their JR high do? Any numbers?
  18. My current PLAC projections 1. Perry Central- PC lost 12 seniors including 3 OL and the QB. They still return stud RB Sawyer Guillaume. I never assume PC can't replace lineman so if the new QB can keep a defense honest by week 4 I expect them and Paoli to have a dog fight. Both the Paoli and WW game are at home which helps out tremendously. 2. Paoli- 11 seniors gone from last years team they appear to be almost a mirror image of PC. Returning 2 OL and a stud RB in Trey Rominger. Like PC I also assume Paoli, who generally rotate alot of lineman throughout, will be able to replace their OL. @PC will be their toughest test for the conference crown 3. Springs Valley- The Blackhawks lost the fewest seniors with 6. They lose 2 OL and 1000 yd RB in Ezra Mills. Replacing Mills will be interesting. I'd assume Konner Chase and Larron Childers split to start. They return 3 OL and have quite a bit of good young kids on the line. They could compete with top 2 if they get good play from their DTs. Great Edge guys here but too many teams beat them by simply running down their throat. 4. West Washington- Losing 7 seniors including 2 OL and 2 of top 3 rushers. Bad schedule has us looking at possibly only 2 home games if we don't find a week 6 opp to come to Art Sanders. I have my doubts about us but more on WW when I do my full breakdown later in summer 5 Mitchell- The most seniors lost in 13. They lose 4 OL and return couple skill guys. The strength will be in the freshman class as they ran through PLAC last year. I'm sure some will get some early introduction to Friday nights as Mitchell looks to build something over the next few years. 6. Crawford- Not much to say. 8 seniors gone. Only team I couldn't find a game for to watch. I do believe against WW they started a freshman at QB. We all hope Crawford can get something going. Roster had around 21 kids which is improvement. That's where I'm at currently. Obviously this won't account for transfers/quitters/movers. I didn't touch on D since most are 2 way guys. It should be a fun season hopefully. Looking forward to more input and insider info from everyone.
  19. Hey @JQWL in last rough enrollment numbers paoli looked pretty close to 1A. You think it's trending that way or is there a small class in the high school currently?
  20. And as someone who has watched alot of PLAC youth league last couple years I dont see much coming either in any sport.
  21. I'll do PLAC on my days off to best I can. Haha. I do wonder if Clarksville would be decent in PLAC....let Crawford go independent (even tho they said no couple years ago) or maybe add Eastern Greene/NCF
  22. For my area close to alot of changes. Paoli close to 1A. Salem close to 2A. Perry Central from 1A to mid 2 very quickly. Brownstown just recently dropped from 3 to 2. Be curious how 1 more year does for these schools before realignment.
  23. Does Oldenburg even play football? Not on Harrells and only played like 6 games in 2021. All the struggling P/Ps seemed to have dropped or went 8 man (Rock Creek).
  24. For the mobile only people (or maybe it's android or something) hit the 3 bars at the top of home page...then store. Took me a bit to find.
