No JV game for WW. Springs Valley JV beats Mitchell JV 22-8. Good close game throughout. Turnovers and presnap penalties really killed mitchell. Valley first 2 TDs were off short fields from fumbles. #6 and #44 both were fun to watch and played good games. As for Valley they have 2 RBs who are a great 1-2 punch in Elijah Dickey and Brycen Cave. Valley seemingly have really good RBs all the way to 7th grade. Line played really well and defense did a good job of shooting the gaps. Should have a good future.

WW wins 41-20. WW was up 35-0 to make the running clock start and with no JV game scheduled we subbed everyone. 2 scores for Clarksville late. Chase had a 5 yd TD pass to McCoy and sophomore Gavin Hunt had a 46 yd TD run to make it 41-6. I think this team really misses SR OL/DL Kaden Clunie. I'm also worried about this 3 man front they are running. At times Clarksville just pushed it up middle. Wish they would bring their LBs up more. But we will see how it pans out over next few weeks. Mitchell, SV, and Paoli all next and they will punish them if they don't clog the lines better

Agree! I was surprised at some the freshman who I'm guessing didn't come out for football and no Gavin Clunie that I saw but all in all came away surprised. Option game looked real good for 1st game.

WW JV beats Scottsburg 36-0. Freshman QB Holden Russell has 3 TD passes and 1 TD run of 25 yds. Also a pick 6 by I believe Brennan Sears. Was #9 wasn't on roster but pretty sure I heard a parent yell his name. 😂😂. Overall looked good. Took a minute for Offense to get it going (might have been Holden Russell's first ever snap under center). Defense forced alot of turnovers. On to Clarksville week
