TheStatGuy replied to Muda69's topic in Gridiron Out of Bounds's Out of Bound Forum
Less than 80,000 votes in 3 states combined. And that political novice cost them a lot of power for thr next 10-12 years after 2020. -

Mueller finds no collusion with Russia, leaves obstruction question open Share this: Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation did not find sufficient evidence that President Donald Trump’s campaign coordinated with Russia to influence the United States’ 2016 election and did not take a clear position on whether Trump obstructed justice. The Robert F. Kennedy Building, headquarters of the U.S. Department of Justice Mueller concluded his 22-month investigation and submitted a report to Attorney General William Barr on Friday, March 22. Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein reviewed the report over the weekend and filed a four-page summary of the report to Congress Sunday afternoon that was also released to the public. In his letter to Congress, Barr summarizes the Mueller investigation as looking at two areas: Interference by Russia in the 2016 presidential election and obstruction of justice. The special counsel found that Russia did interfere with the election, but “did not find that the Trump campaign, or anyone associated with it, conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in these efforts, despite multiple efforts from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign.” As far as obstruction, the Mueller report laid out facts on both sides but did not reach a conclusion. Barr’s letter said that “the Special Counsel states that ‘while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.’” But Barr said that he and Rosenstein "have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense." Mueller and his team filed charges against 37 defendants, secured seven guilty pleas and one conviction at trial. Six former associates and advisors of President Trump were among those charged. The case of Trump’s former deputy campaign chairman Rick Gates was transferred Saturday from the special counsel’s office to federal prosecutors in Washington. While no more indictments will come from the special counsel, investigations of Trump, his campaign and his businesses continue in Congress, and federal and state jurisdictions in New York, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Barr pointed out in his letter that parts of Mueller’s report dealt with grand jury testimony and would need to be reviewed and possibly withheld from Congress and the public. There has been wide bipartisan support that the original Mueller report be released, and that Congress and the public have access to the report’s source material. House Judiciary Committee chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., said that Congress must see the full report and all the evidence and was willing to use subpoena power to secure those. “It was just announced there was no collusion with Russia,” Trump said Sunday “It was a complete and total exoneration.” Trump also added that the investigation was “illegal” but did not elaborate. This article talks about Barr's memo and what it states. Jesus man. READ THE DAMN ARTICLE.

He also Doesnt understand how some people feel differently about the flag then he does. Standing for the national anthem in 1919 on july 8th.. Being a woman? Land of the free? She couldn't even vote. Fighting in WW2 or Korea, i come home, the national anthem plays July 8th 1954. Why am I standing? I'm a black man who fought for our country, i can't vote, i can't send my kids to many colleges, nor high schools, i can't walk into a lot of gas stations that others can, eat where a lot of others can, take a dump in a lot of bathrooms where others can at my job. Land of the free? Nah more like land of the white male.

He does that. He doesn't want the government to tell him what he can and can't do but he wants the government to tell woman what they can and can't do with their bodies. hes a history teacher, he didn't understand (honestly or just ignored) the fact that the Republican and Democratic parties switched platforms in the 60s, if he had the views he did today back in the 1860s. Hed be a Democrat, where you and I would be Republicans. He routinely talks that Trumps gonna win by a landslide, but when I brought a bet up, he ignores it cause he truly doesn't believe that. Hes a walking hypocrite.

To your 2nd part. I never said Biden was a genius and never would. Cedric Richmond (house rep), Gretchen Whittmer (Gov of Michigan), Eric Garcetti (Mayor of LA), and Lisa Blunt Rochester (house rep) are his co national chairs. Jen O Malley Dillon is his campaign manager (she was beto's campaign manager). They run Biden's campaign..The DNC helps coordinate and works with his campaign but doesnt run campaign. Biden and his campaign still do campaign stuff, its just smaller than normal due to Covid along with his opponent doing most of their work for them... Maybe Pascale and others in the Trump campaign should pull Trump back a bit...cause what they are doing now isn't working.

Now to the first part The article you shared is that site writing about the barr memo lol..i doubt you even read the article before you posted it. The article was basically describing and explaining on what the memo said and Barr's memo has been repeatedly rebuked and was claimed "misleading" .. Since it was written. Mueller wrote 10 cases of obstruction of justice. Trump wasnt indicated cause hes a sitting president and could be indicted when he leaves office. Come on dude.

First im just gonna respond to your AOC comment. Does AOC believe in right to choose? Yes. So do I. Gay marriage? Yes. So do I. Legalizing pot? Yes. So do I. Banning bump stocks? Yes. So do I Does she believe Climate change is real? Yes. So do I. Does she believe in increasing minimum wage? Yes. So do I. Her and I may disagree about how to go about some of those topics but we agree on women should be allowed to choose, gay marriage should exist, legalizing pot, banning bump stocks and Climate change is real. Thats what you aren't understanding. You can agree with someone who is farther left than you just based on principal but disagree on how to go about it. You are trying to tell me "Im not a moderate" when I know i am one but I get it, you probably think mayor pete is a socialist even though legit socialists call him a Dino and by the way, you didn't answer my question? You agree with Susan Collins on stuff, does that take away your conservatism since shes a moderate? It doesn't ... cause you probably agree on principal about stuff but just have different ideas on how to go about it.
