  1. Thread is about the transfer portal. Service Academies gain 0 athletes who transfer in. Ivy League had 3 from 2012-2018. Not really relevant to the subject at hand. I still think the transfer portal is being abused/used so much right now due to the extra year of eligibility. Past statistics show that most of those who did transfer didn't really improve their situation in regard to winning more games.
  2. I’m not hiding, Mr. Keyboard Warrior. You can find me in the alley behind the Silver Dollar in Elwood at sundown.
  3. I'm not really sure we can determine from these 2 examples what I am asking since Ivy League schools do not offer athletic scholarships, and the service academies aren't your typical Colleges due to the commitment to serve in the Armed Forces after graduation.
  4. I'm asking for proof it's happening. If you can't produce it, stfu.
  5. How many? Do you have any documentation that confirms this? I have seen no first hand evidence of this personally, nor have I heard any evidence of this from the many college-bound athletes I personally know. Correct. So are there schools who are compromising their admittance standards to allow athletes in? Where can one find this list, I may need it next year.
  6. What has made the transferring more prevalent was the decision of the NCAA to give all athletes an extra year of eligibility. This has affected not only NCAA athletes, but also high school athletes entering college for the next 4 years at minimum. It was the biggest mistake they could have made.
  7. None of the clubs(at least in basketball) are allowed to practice/play during IHSAA school ball season. It's against IHSAA rules to participate on the same team in an organized event with athletes from other schools
  8. I don't know, @AGis the one who originally mentioned him. It appears Bell is on record as saying he'd like to be drafted by the Colts. That's the link I shared. Could have said that about Marvin Harrison. He worked out pretty well.
  9. A Varsity coach who coaches a club team cannot have anyone who attends his school on the club team. The IHSAA does have rules and they DO apply. No

  12. Honorary Captain for the spring Maize and Blue game at Michigan:
  13. There, that's better. Baby steps.
  14. For the Colts. And he actually suited up for the games. Next. Got any comments concerning the 2022 Colts without using the name Wentz? Because he's no longer part of this topic. Next.
  15. And it got him 2 rings for making it to Super Bowls.
  16. Yes. So is Jim Sorgi. Next.
  17. Armchair champ. Hear he plays a mean Madden.

  20. Odell Beckham Jr. is still unsigned, but he's also likely to miss at least half the season, maybe more.
  21. I should have said this fall. I think it should be usable before the 2022 season ends.
