I've always admired the job Ryan Good does at Attica.  11 seasons without a losing record.  At a school that small, you would expect a drop off at some point.

I am stunned and amazed that CJB hasn't been brought up. Simply amazing the man who brought proper hydration the high school game in Indiana isn't even mentioned in this thread.

Looks like this thread is all about opinion, and, of course I have mine:

 

I have ave a proclivity to think outside the box, so my criteria obviously differs.  Coaching is more about winning and losing as it also must incorporate elements of planning, not just for the game, but life in general...

Mike Goebel at Mater Dei. People will say yeah but he coaches a P/P school. He wins because he convinces a bunch of 6-0, 185 guys they can play any position on the field. And yes, his role in the wrestling program plays a big part of that.
