That’s rough bro. 3 losses for Snider in the regular season doesn’t seem to be a stretch for me. They will be an underdog at Carroll and then you Homestead, North Side, Dwenger, Luers, and Wayne. I personally don’t want to see you take a break for any length of time, but I fully expect a 3 loss regular season now. Defense will keep us in games, but I have been around a long time and I don’t see the potential with the offense at all

Warren is perfectly fine up front, have depth at receiver, and a lot of really good depth at RB. The only question is QB and it was game 1 vs a good defense. As opposed to recent years, I believe the answer is on the roster which hasn’t felt like the case the last couple of years. 

A couple of things: 6-3 for Warren would be much better from where they’ve been basically since 2019. Especially against their schedule. I think the defense is good enough to get them to 7-2, but I know I’m biased. 

With the transfer running back n qb play getting better..7-2 is not a stretch for them..I consider Warren like bd..any given year they can run the table..

You're really going to judge this young offense after playing their season opener against the second best defense in the state?

They will not play North or Luers..Carroll n sparty..yeah could take 3 losses..

Yes. Tell me who the running back is cuz he sure wasn’t there Friday night. I saw primarily a main guy, not much from a backup, and it was rough. Nobody hit the hole like they should, and believe me, there were holes. Longest runs were QB keepers. QB play was not good, better than Warren’s, but that is not saying much. There is potential with the receivers for sure, but who is going to get them the ball?

I am almost scared to ask the question, who is the best defense in the state??? Very subjective at this point either way as there are a lot of teams out there with a very small sample size.

Muffed punts I will give you, that really hurt Snider in gifting Warren good field position. The running into the punter didn't help Snider's cause either. Talk about unforced errors, Snider shot themselves in the foot in that department. Warren spent half the night in Panther territory for that reason alone. Snider only giving up two touchdowns is a testament as to how good their D really is. You can't solely blame Warren for the five turnovers, Snider's D had something to do with it. I think you'd agree if the shoe was on the other foot.

The talent is on the sidelines..the transfer rb hopefully will get his time..same for the qb if need be..not downing the starters from wk 1..

I think Snider’s defense is really good, I want to see them shutdown a good East Noble team that will throw the ball better than Warren. I want to see a running back pound the ball down the throat of a defense. I want to see a QB show confidence and have a swagger on the field. I want to see a team who doesn’t have 10 penalties at the worst times. I want to see a resounding victory that begins to help me recover from the nightmare that I watched Friday night. If I watched this game on summitcitysports in my home, I would have had a 6 pack to start the game and been hammered by the 4th quarter after gouging my eyes out, but alas, I was at the game with no alcohol. Bad decision

1)  Sean Conley. Played at Lakeland last year and rushed for 1500 yards. Played at Snider as a freshmen and is back for his junior season. 

2) Arron Vance. He had a few nice passes Friday night. He had a would be touchdown in the first quarter thwarted by a no call holding by a WC defensive back. Also had a beautiful deep ball to Logan at the 5 yard line. It looked complete, but the Warren defender got a hand on it and caused the ball to hit the ground.

I'm telling you, this team is better than you give them credit for. Temp agrees. He's got them at #10. That's a hell of a compliment at the 6A level.

Where was Conley dammit? Transfer sit out? Discipline? He needed to be on the field!

Vance best pass was the fly pattern down the sideline for about 40 yards in the 1st quarter to get us from the 20 across midfield, very narrow window for the pass.

I said I was almost too scared, I am holding an ice cold brew right now so hit me with it…🍺

I'm rolling with Snider. That's probably not fair to Brownsburg or Cathedral, but I've yet to see them play. I give Snider a slight edge over Warren. They are better than Warren in the back, about the same in the middle, but weaker in the front. I give them the nod since they forced five turnovers to Warren's two. There's something to be said for that considering Warren's offense looked better than Sniders.

Fair enough. I have publicly stated that Snider’s defense is really good so I will roll with it, but unless Warren’s offense starts dropping 40+ points per game on other teams, take Warren’s offense with a big grain of salt

From what i have been able to see Cathedral n Westfield defenses are pretty stout..the D lines from those squads plus speed in secondary..the film on them is crazy..Warren front 7 is top tier yet that safety covers up a few of their flaws

I think you'll see both offenses score some points. Those defenses punished the other's offense on Friday night. If I'm wrong, I'll happily eat crow.

Not so sure about Westfield secondary they gave up 328 yards to CG Friday. Also, it was CG QB first varsity start.

Conley is not on the team. I heard from a reliable source he quit after the 2nd day of contact practice before school started. I am not sure who justasportsfan is talking about with "talent on the sideline". Trust me, the talent is on the field. There was no transfer QB. Vance is the guys, for better or worse.

There were a few kids that quit the team b4 wk 1. My buddies have kids on the team. Some of who are not playing..kids that got reps last year..ig we can say talent in the stands..
