Center Grove @ Warren Central:  Both teams breezed through their sectional with little sweat and face off yet again in the regional.  The Trojans have owned this rivalry, winning 7 in a row.  CG's schedule was absolutely brutal this fall so don't let the 4 losses fool you.  Cathedral is the common opponent of the two as Warren squeezed by the Irish whereas CG lost a nail biting shoot out.  Warren's defense is the best unit on the field and though their offense has improved, CG's balance on both sides of the ball along with their speed advantage makes me lean their way.  They'll get the ball out quickly I would imagine, in order to negate the Warren defensive line.  CG wins one on the road 31-17.

Lawrence North @ Brownsburg:  Can't wait for this matchup as one school is going to have an historic program changing win no matter what.  I have been all over LN this year.  Their speed and athleticism pops off the screen, but as I mentioned in another thread, they have some things (turnovers, penalties) to clean up.  Brownsburg was revived from the dead last week after coming from 28 back to stun BD in a flip of last year's regional result.  This is LN's biggest stage in a while and Brownsburg can change the narrative at home.  I like LN on the road in a classic.  30-28 Wildcats.

Westfield @ Fishers:  This one will be closer than the regular season matchup but Westfield has shown no mercy as of late, winning their last 5 by an average of 35 points per game, including a 34 point win over Fishers.  The Shamrocks seem like they are a freight train rolling down hill right now so I am sticking with them here.  Westfield wins 37-27.

What say you?

Center Grove 35 - Warren Central 14, CG is just the better all around team

Brownsburg 35 - Lawrence North 28, playing a hunch here, maybe it is Brownsburg’s time

Westfield 42 - Fishers 21, fully believe the Shamrocks are representing the North come state time

Center Grove 22, Warren Central 21: I think it is going to be a defensive struggle, interrupted by a couple of big plays. Center Grove scores last and Coach Moore will make the choice to win it in regulation.

Lawrence North 38, Brownsburg 24: Another slow start dooms the Bulldogs, as LN's athletes run wild. I think one of these two teams is gonna get the upper hand early and keep a two score lead throughout the game. I could see Brownsburg being the dominant team, but no one has stopped that LN offense yet.

Westfield 35, Fishers 14: Shamrock and roll.

Actually in the first half Cathedral held Lawrence North's offense to like 87 total yards and had multiple interceptions giving them a short field. For the entire game Cathedral held LN to 93 passing yards 1 TD and 138 rushing yards 1 TD. Aside from 1 or 2 moments the Irish defense did their part and kept them in check. Lawrence North had to use their defense to help take the lead early which made them a little more impressive to me. It is no easy task for any team to hold that speed down, which is why Cathedral needed to take care of their opportunities, LN's defense was up to the task to prevent that.

LN has to be sick.  Kudos to Brownsburg…two weeks in a row.

Starting to remind me of BD’s run in the playoffs last year, close game after close game

Yep.  HCC with a big opportunity to shape the future narrative next weekend.
