In Tango's Top Ten I would put MD above Castle based on the head to head and Harrison over Central. Central and Bosse are the same teams, Central just has less cool uniforms.

Actually, I meant to put MD over Castle due to the H2H. MD ran into a buzzsaw last week and we will see how Castle fares against Lincoln on Friday. Next Friday is when we should really see the rankings shake up. The Bowl will definitely be packed for the Castle at Reitz game.

Following up on this, I did create a simple format with the elimination option for the SIAC race. As of now, all teams are mathematically still in the race, however, Bosse and Harrison will be facing elimination from the race if they lose. I’m still working on the tweaks of it, I’ll upload a picture in the morning. I did ad the magic number to the model, but I have no idea if I did it correctly. So far it is nothing fancy like the NFL seeding scenario, which I’m trying to find a simple solution for that.

The battle for the SIAC crown will be decided by 4 games: Castle at Reitz next week, Reitz at Memorial the week after that, and the Wk. 9 rivalry week games - MD/Reitz and Castle/Memorial.

Was a 27-22 game going into the 4Q, but it looked like Castle took advantage of some 4Q mistakes from the Alices. I believe AWO mentioned Lincoln fumbled  around their own 30 early in the 4th.

Unfortunately, Bosse and Harrison are mathematically eliminated from the SIAC Crown. Like I mentioned last week, mathematically speaking, North/Lincoln/Jasper/Central will be facing elimination. If Memorial or Reitz either wins and a loss from one of those teams. Jasper at Central is an elimination game. Mater Dei and Castle are well alive, but a loss will hurt their chances. As of tonight, an 8-way SIAC tie is still possible, which who doesn’t want that?
