Braves’ Gillin steps down

Indian Creek football coach Casey Gillin has resigned after two seasons at the school. Gillin, who was 15-8 in his two seasons with the Braves, will be working as an assistant for his father, former Creek coach Mike Gillin, at Mooresville.

Look for more on Gillin’s departure in Saturday’s Daily Journal.
