They’re going to have to go through a New Palestine, Cathedral, or East Central to do so. Those three teams will bounce around between 4A, 5A, and 6A but I can’t see all of them out of 5A at the same time.

Bloomington South is going to win a State Championship eventually. Gabe Johnson is soooo good.

Seymour ties the game 14 3ish minutes to go. Jeff returns the ensuing KO and then gets a PF. PAT from the 18 no good. Seymour gets the ball back and had opportunities to put it in but failed to do so.

Look for Bloomington South to take over the No. 1 spot in 5A as New Pal loses to East Central, 14-6, unless they bump Cathedral over South or even East Central. Whoops, my bad. East Central is 4A.

Westfield 38 Carmel 34 Carmel came out strong, scoring 14 points on their first two possessions. Then Westfield scored the next 28 points, highlighted by an 80 yard punt return and an 89 yard pass play to tight end Caiden Snow. Westfield scored out of the gate in the second half to take a 28-14 lead. Carmel answered, but Westfield added a field goal, which turned out to be the difference in the game. The Rocks scored a TD with under three minutes to play. Carmel answered with a TD pass with no time left on the clock. Next week the Rocks are home again to take on Zionsville. Carmel returns home to take on Center Grove.

Bloomington North trailed BNL 34-14 at one point but now lead the Stars 41-40 with under 3 minutes to play. They scored the go-ahead TD on a 4th down play. I see that Frozen Tundra says it's a final.

East Noble's defense takes it to the house again..........third time. Dagger in the coffin, 46-36. Congrats to the Knights. Great win on Snider's opening night.

BNL blows a 34-14 second half lead as Bloomington North wins 41-40.

Two of EN's touchdowns came from their defense in the first half. Second half has been total domination by Snider Homestead 21, Noblesville 15 3:30 to go Center Grove 28, Carroll 17 4th

Seymour gets it down to the Jeff 4 yard line with 0.6 seconds to go but can’t convert on the final play. Jeffersonville wins 20-14.

North beats East 42-14. That’s six straight wins for them against East and 10 out of the last 11.
