That was never stated. I really wish Illinois taxpayers would stand up and fight such fleecing attempts. But most, especially those in the Chicagoland area, have become used to and complacent about the corrupt crony socialist politics that dominate the region. There is a reason several Illinois counties have floated the idea of seceding from the state, it wasn't done on a whim. I as a citizen of Indiana have zero input into Illinois politics, so why waste my time trying to influence it?
