  1. Completely forgot to ask, when did the olympics add football? Still wondering why this topic is not in the OOB forum?
  2. You are the one who made the post about how the thread went a certain way (paraphrasing). Just pointing out your hypocrisy. πŸ‘Œ Liberal icon, Bill Maher, had a few choice words for the olympics. Have a good one. Your opinion he made a great post.
  3. But you go on to β€œlove”/heart emoji thing one of Bobs posts. πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚
  4. Just like the 1/6/21 "insurrection", right? I agree.
  5. Just like the 1/6/21 "insurrection", right? @gonzoron
  6. I am going to guess that the ratings are way down.
  7. Great accomplishments by the IU athletes, but I am right there w/ MMM.
  8. Read @Muda69’s comment. As a former coach, he is correct. HS football is a game played mostly by kids. As coaches, many times we would over analyze.

Great analysis Irish. I think there are only 2-3 franchises that can move on from a great with the team being bigger than any one player. Green Bay, Pittsburgh and most recently New England.

Honest question to all Do you speak of Aaron Rodgers in the same sentence of great QB's (P. Manning, T. Brady) to elevate their franchise to a complete other level? I do not. The Packers were great before him and will be great after him. This is the most I have ever paid attention to Rodgers or the Packers. I think Favre is adored in GB. Does Rodgers have that same adoration? @Irishman The reason I ask that....if the Packers would do this to Favre, they will sure do it to Rodgers. In football, you always hear, "Do your job." A lot of this sounds like Rodgers wanted to be GM, Coach and QB. Oh well. I am sure he will go 75/80, 8 TD's, 0 INT's and a QBR of 243.57248957428 against the Bears (twice) this year.

Keep forgetting to say it….. That was so refreshing to hear someone not speak in code and to speak directly and bluntly.

    Aaron Rodgers

Before ESPN’s talking heads put their spin on it, to me, Rodgers came off like a prima Donna who had his feelings hurt because he didn’t get his way (being in the conversation of upper level decisions). Rodgers tried to put nice, fluffy words around it, but he came solidified what many already thought about him. That he thinks he’s more important/bigger than the organization. Now to watch the πŸ’© show begin.

Aaron Rodgers press conference on ESPN. Sounds like us Monday Morning QBs in this thread are all spot on. Both sides. IMHO, this is not doing him any good.
