    Admittedly, I have not followed this situation as close as some. Let's say Green Bay calls Rogers' bluff and Rogers doesn't play another snap in the Packers' uniform. Is Green Bay a strong enough organization to rebound from losing their "star" player? I say yes. With that said, I hope Green Bay doesn't cave. Rogers either "admits defeat" and plays for the Packers or is gone. Either way, Green Bay wins.

    As an Irish fan, I’m always optimistic. How can a fan not be with all the resources at ND’s disposal? Now. The real question is. Are all Irish fans being realistic with their optimism? I think Coach Freeman will do well. Let’s see the results on the field vs. any of the “big 3”.

    Why? Standards. Nothing to be ashamed of with this. IF, ND can get MOST of the talent that they and Bama, Clemson and O$U recruit, watch out. As you said, many of the players that play for those 3, were not recruited at ND because of the standards. Because you said "always".
