  1. Does Faux still only drive? LOVE the shot at Ole Jerry!
  2. I completely see what you are saying. If Mizzou gets "placed" in the SEC West...yep, I could see them bolting to the BIG (if invited). If not, I would see them staying in the SEC East. Man, Vandy is just a mystery to me. Nashville seems like a hot place to be. I know they have very high standards, but to be in the SEC, do they need to lower them or get the "boot"? ***I am all for keeping the high standards.*** ***Northwestern has made it work in the BIG.***
  3. The Jimmy speaks. Or is it Ricky? ^^^ I don't care who you are, speaking in the 3rd person cracks me up, every time.
  4. Or THIS ^^^^^^^^^ Let me toss this out for all. I will exclude ND (though if I was a betting man and they had to join a conference, it will be the ACC or BIG West Division). I am also not taking into account other schools leaving/entering a new conference. Would a school like Kentucky ever leave the SEC? Join the BIG? OU and UT to SEC, which obviously expands. Iowa St./Kansas/Kansas St. to BIG. Baylor and OKSU to PAC TCU/TTU will join a "super conference" of their own with the likes of the Mountain West/WAC/Conference USA/etc. ***Is TCU's/TTU's brand big enough for the PAC or BIG? WVU to ACC.
  5. So what I read here was.... OU and Texas will join the SEC in 18 months and have their checks post dated to that exact date.

I take it you have some form of "ties" to Utah State?
  7. I will read whatever you post. With a name like Spitting Llamas, call me intrigued. 🤣

    Aaron Rodgers

Trade him to either Denver or New Orleans (likely Denver-AFC), get what you get. Heard rumors (Max Kellerman) of 3 1st rounders Love has been doing everything 1st team in the off season to date. Correct? The Packers are one of the strongest, if not the strongest franchises in the NFL and all of sports. They will be just fine. No 1 athlete is bigger than the football team.
  9. 😂 Please go enjoy your retirement. Fish. Golf. Move to Del Boca Vista and run for Condo President...
  10. Goodness. This is the stuff I love to learn about. Thanks again for sharing.
  11. This reminds me of one of the stories you told us here. You were working a college game at the time. As a wing IMSC. A skirmish broke out and the WH said for you to tell him something. 😂
  12. I think it is a very interesting and entertaining addition to the GID. We get to know more about coaches, programs, players, communities, etc. from all over the state. This all leads me to do research on all of the above to further my knowledge of football and the state. Really enjoy these.
  13. Congratulations all around. I happened to turn on the draft, right before the Cubs (team I follow) picked at 21. I saw the "best available" and noticed Montgomery was listed 2nd, right behind the KSU pitcher the Cubs took. I was really hoping they took CM, especially with the apparent "blow up" of the Cubs. Body wise (and apparent skill wise---from the little I have seen), Montgomery reminds me a lot of Kris Bryant, who apparently will not be part of the Cubs much longer. Hope he has a long and wonderful MLB career.
  14. You are absolutely correct. I did read it. I really enjoyed his honesty and answers, too.
  15. LOVE it and LOVE the honesty (while speaking of the SF). IMO, too much "political correctness" in today's world. Too many tip-toe around subjects for whatever reason. Go get 'em PH. @DT, thank you again for your efforts. 2 of my favorite interviews were Coach Shattuck and Coach Moore's.
  16. Let's make sure they get to South Bend and do not flip.
  17. That is fine, though I do not recall asking. I sure do. Have a great day.
