  1. Looks like I might be bored next year.....perhaps I should start a little broadcasting outfit down here like that one you guys use.
  2. That's fair. We have the automated hudl camera that will push to youtube...not sure why we don't do that other than it's easy to turn on but not as easy to monetize.
  3. Looks like you get to check out the new and improved Hatchet Hollow.
  4. I didn't bring up Cathedral and couldn't even tell you their school colors. If Cathedral doesn't wish to play in their enrollment class....good for them, they are much more admirable then their private brethren.
  5. Looks like my sarcasm was missed. Nick Hart was the last piece for us...community and feeder and admin and facilities were in place. That said, you just made my point....none of these things are unique to privates. What is unique to privates is the enrollment makeup. This is why enrollment alone will never work as a classification system and hasn't in any state in the union.
  6. The current regime at HH has shown no desire to desire to deviate from playing any school other than ones they have played for 20 years. Regardless of the competitive nature of said game. “Shame”. I really with the admins would fix the stupid edit timer.
  7. It really is a same that only GS takes advantage of the flexible scheduling the PAC allows. I feel the other top teams on both sides of the conference are missing out on a huge opportunity.
  8. I mean is 1985 relevant to any discussion about modern football and the coaches and conference alignments that exist today? Perhaps we will all put on neck rolls this week to honor Memorials “tradition”. I mean it has to be super tough to go 6-3 in the SIAC this year. Not many accomplished it. LOL…I’m awake. Just pissy….threw something out in my back.
  9. The truth comes out…at cocktail parties and tailgates it’s fun to talk about what the Tigers “would have” done in the 3A they rightfully belong in had the evil IHSAA not unjustly pushed them to 4A. The jacket comment is actually not accurate at all. See 2012, 2013 and 2015. 3-3 in the Hart Hurley era. It was a miracle for us to have been able to compete with an effective 4A program but some how, by the grace of the Protestant God, 3 miracles occurred. Then again I suppose 1985 is more relevant than today. I’d be embarrassed if I wore blue and prayed to be back in 3A. It’s said here on GID that it’s not manly to want the P&Ps to be put in a class that accurately represents their student population. I’ll tell ya what isn’t manly….praying to be in a class were you know you don’t belong, that is the definition of soft if my view. I’ll be sure to thank God tonight for the success Memorial has gifted us.

  11. Perhaps he was only dressed because it was Senior night?
  12. So much Blue will be rooting for Green... again...hoping, praying they can tie themselves to a win over GS in some fashion. The free rent is awesome.
  13. But I have always been told that in the SIAC a losing record means nothing come playoff time? Has that changed? Memorial only beat GS when Lindauer and Combs are on the team. That said, we did our best against a team who should never be in 3A....always a David vs Goliath situation. But somehow some way it's still 3-3 with GS owning the largest margin of victory.
  14. Really appreciate all the work here. Unfortunately it still doesn’t solve the problem of enrollment failing miserably as a classification mechanism for the extremely well coached privates.
  15. You have buddies? Had a head whip with the ground. Taking him out was precautionary as the game was never in doubt. He is 100% fine.
  16. That was the issue for sure. But now we have some non-conference slots up front.
  17. Always feels great to end a publics season no matter how perfect.
