    That is what they will tell you...but the most important resource, the quality human resource, they have a disproportionately higher amount of when compared to their public counterparts of equal "enrollment". Quality humans win football games.

    Correct...this year due to COVID-19 rules put in place by KY.

    Southport replaced them.

    It's call Maroon (haven't had the gold pants or jerseys in many many years). If we were Evansville North we could play Apollo....KY's Covid rules state they can only play teams from border counties, so Mt. Vernon could play Apollo but we can't.

    Apollo is also open....but again....we aren't a border county and KY will NOT budge.

    Based on just looking at W-L and last season's scores....yes I am.

    I didn't say it was impossible to be successful....the level of impact can vary program to program. It might effect you (bad luck) it might effect your opponents (good luck). It is just a bad year to accurately address trajectory given the differing impacts of this crazy season.

    There could also be some Covid impacts. This isn't a good year to judge the trajectory of any program.
