I agree. All that stuff we discuss and argue about doesn't mean much of anything to the coaches and kids. Both sides just want to win and advance. Should be a good game.

HH will dominate Reitz this week. Reitz has been impacted by injuries and although they have a few very good players left, it won't be enough to compete with HH on what should be a sloppy track. Once HH gets up a few scores, Reitz will unravel. Jasper will pound Harrison, which is essential a mid-Sectional bye week.

But we don't know if the #1 seed got the bye, right? Sagarin says GS would be #1. Although I don't really understand how Sagarin works, I tend to trust that more than human opinion of polls. I would agree that in most cases, identifying the top 2 teams and putting them on opposite could be done. Might be harder in the larger classes I guess.

It is what it is. If it wasn't random, then there would have to be a process in place to determine the seeds, and people would argue about that. I may be crazy, but I kind of like the randomness of where games will be played. The same thing happened down here last year with HH and Ev. Memorial.
