Sagarin is mostly based on who you played and who your opponents played. (In state games only) Avon is not being penalized for losing 1 game even though it was the 1st game of the tourney. We’ll never know how good or bad Avon was.

I’m assuming New Pal and Cathedral are both in the same regional next year. If so, I think the Irish would win that game (I know, a way too early prediction) and New Pal would not move up.

Noblesville loses athletes to Guerin. But there are plenty in that school that can be harvested. IU simply beat the teams they were supposed to beat, unlike teams of the past. They are supposed to beat Purdue. Michigan's physicality almost knocked the rest of the season out of the Hoosiers. The O'line was simply too slow and too small for the fast Michigan defense. Ramsey seldom had more than 2 seconds to unload. Seems Harbaugh took this game seriously and had his boys pumped and ready. But they will still get blown out by T OSU.

This game! This game! Not the marquee game of the weekend but this could be the most exciting one to watch! I’m back and forth on this, EM plays in a very tough SIAC and did very well (tied for 1st). This may be one of Chatard’s best teams. Very high strength of schedule, yet have dominated every team except Cathedral. I know nothing about these 2 teams and I’m too lazy to read @foxbat’s analysis. But, LCC has done this a whole bunch of times..... kind of like Sheridan used to. I don’t want to say Catholics play football better than Lutherans, but give me LCC in a mild upset 21-13.

Yes and I was correct! That was after 5 games. I also predicted after sectionals that CG would be at LOS. As far as predictions, CG has obviously improved leaps and bounds. Take away Ben Davis’ on side recovery followed by a blown coverage and this game would really never have been in doubt. But Carmel has come together and have been dominating, especially defensively. Give me my alma mater 24-20.
