IPS is not Warren, Ben Davis, North Central, Pike, Lawrence.... all in Marion County but they are their own township school systems. As to how they are teaching I don't know. I doubt any two are the same.

Neither defense stopped the offense in that game until the 2nd half. Avon had their way in the 1st except they made mistakes that LN didn’t. Don’t misconstrue what I’m saying...... LN is for real and a possible contender in the MIC, but their defense needs reps like most teams.

LN 62 Avon 34. Final. LN is elite on offense. Speed kills. Talent kills. The combo of the two is deadly. LN was never challenged offensively by the Avon D. Not sure how good they are defensively but they might just outscore everyone.

Lawrence North 48 Avon 27. Half. No typo. LN offense.... only the clock stopped them. Avon has no answer for the D1 QB. Avon offense..... very good, but mistakes have not allowed them to stay with LN on the scoreboard. LN is for real........ Avon, not so much.

Per WTHR Channel 13 a Southport player has tested positive and tonight's game has been cancelled.

I'm thinking the Giants will be on the "revenge" tour when they seek to reverse the Brownsburg and Avon losses from last season. Brownsburg is getting some lofty praise this year, we'll see if they can live up to their press clippings. Should be a fairly high scoring game.

We always think we see things from the stands that the official(s) misses when he is right on top of the play. I don't think officials have better eyesight, so officiating from the press box would be impossible.

So a quick look at games within approximately 1 hour drive from Indy (again not knowing where you live) but I tried to get as many rivalry games as possible: Week 1 - Warren Central @ Center Grove Week 2 - Columbus East @ Columbus North Week 3 - Carmel @ Center Grove Week 4 - Avon @ Brownsburg or Cathedral @ Chatard Week 5 - Mooresville @ Decatur Central Week 6 - Carmel @ North Central or Indy Lutheran @ Scecina Week 7 - Rensselaer Central @ Lafayette Central Catholic Week 8 - Eastern (Greentown) @ Sheridan Week 9 - Cathedral @ Center Grove None of these games will probably be played anyway (wear a mask people!) but come up with a better schedule in 15 minutes!

So jump on the bandwagon eh?
