Carmel comes in having established themselves as the 2nd best in the mighty MIC, having won their last 7 games. Their only losses coming early in the season to everyone’s top 2 teams, CG and Cathedral. The ‘Hounds live for games like this. They expect to win.
Sagarin says this is a total tossup, only giving the home team a slight edge. But Carmel’s experience in tournament games at the very least negates that advantage. This is this year’s statement game for the HCC, or at least this week’s statement game! Who ‘ya got?
