    That's why Male is probably the best team (Top 3 for sure) in the entire Midwest... Male and Center Grove are basically the same type of team. If I was Floyd I wouldn't even care about that game.. As long as they come out healthy that's all that matters. Floyd will be ready to battle next week.

    Whiteland - 28 East - 7 Luckily for East (outside of maybe Chatard) this will be the best team East plays in the regular season. A young team that will get better.

    After 3 : Whiteland - 21 East - 7 East fumbles 1st and goal from the 4 on the last play of the 3rd. Have no clue why East tried to rush a play in the last 5 seconds of the quarter but it costs them.

    Whiteland - 14 Columbus East - 7 Halftime. I was actually impressed with CE, I figured they would throughly struggle with how young they are (lost 32 seniors last year) and Coach Gaddis retiring.. a pleasant surprise.

    Whiteland leads Columbus East 14-7 at the half. The East team has actually played pretty well. Whiteland is always a tough matchup for CE. Good 1st half for both teams.

    Columbus East with a big answer, the offensive line was solid that drive... East - 7 Whiteland - 7 2:26 1st quarter.

    Whiteland forces another 3 and out, but Whiteland's returner gets popped upon catching the ball and East recovers the fumble.

    From the article I read on the scrimmage between North and Greenwood, North scored 9 times while holding Greenwood scoreless.

    I think Whiteland wins by 14-17... need a big season from your son on both sides of the ball tho haha.. The kid can do it all. I think East will def get better as the year goes on.

    I believe North's O-Line is going to be pretty big this year. The big difference between the 2 schools and for this game is, Can GS sustain 4 quarters of North running the football and subbing out players that are decent sized. This is a great test for GS being a 3A school playing a much larger school. Hoping for a good competitive game with no injuries for either team.

    I would gladly take that trade most years. This year isn't the year.. After going toe to toe a few years ago with Pickerington Central (that finished Top 10 in the country) I have no doubt some of the East teams would be competitive... this year isn't one of them tho haha.

    Don't worry, I think Whiteland will beat East as well.. Can't judge a team after 1 game, I give them a few weeks to get going. Good Luck to the Highlanders.

    I've seen our JV get beat numerous times over the years, and it never seems to translate to the varsity level. I agree we are def inexperienced, but I look for this team to gel throughout the year.

    Def give them 50% chance or higher. You can never count out the Panthers.

    New Albany will be the biggest threat to Columbus East' 104 game conference win streak in a long time. They return just about everyone from last years team. I look at them as being a strong team this year.

    The real question is... Did Warren Central have more wins or points against CG last year? 😂

    Agreed... No way Center Grove is giving up 27 to Warren.

    The East defense looking pretty good against a good Decatur Central offense.. The East offense will be a work in progress, but some games under their belt will help improve that.
