According to Woofs twitter, the game will be played at Brebeuf. Covenant rented Brebeuf for tourney games last year, also.

Have they announced where the Parke Heritage/Covenant Christian game will be played? Covenant is set to host, but certainly not at Zionsville Middle School.

I recall many people feeling this way about Bishop Luers in 2A a couple years ago. I think their name was being etched onto the trophy as Eastside shocked them in the sectional final. You never know. Otherwise, I don't disagree with your assessment of 5A parity.

I'd like to see AC challenged before LOS, but I just don't think there's anyone among the likely north sectional winners to do it. It's hard to tell whether Carroll can be that team from their atrocious regular season schedule. The most competitive game they'll play before the tourney is tomorrow against Sheridan, and the Blackhawks are in no way comparable to the Jets.

Hope #78 isn't one of the injuries. If he is, I hope he can make it back soon!
