Hmmmm...interesting question. I will say no chance OSU fans/alums ever let the football program fall anywhere close to where IU BBall has fallen. Could you imagine even 2 seasons of OSU football being unranked?

That was how bad the o line was, they used Kmet as an o lineman more than a receiver.

I thought Jones would be a good QB when he was in college. I even felt like he would have been a solid pick for Green Bay as Rodgers' successor. I do know the Giants o line is every bit as bad as the Bears o line, so any QB in that system would have struggled. Hell, even Barkley struggled and explains why he struggled to stay healthy. Even in 2019, when he came back, he could not get 50 yards per game.

From the early stages of this, I and others knew and posted that Title IX would be an issue. It played into my prediction of this lasting 5 years tops (1 year down, 4 to go).

Maybe they did? The parents in the club pay property taxes. If the community supported the new facility, there really is not anything to complain about….especially if you don’t live in the community.

Looked like they outsmarted themselves. If guys are confused about responsibilities on game day, chances are high that the plan was too complicated......and it did not involve getting pressure on the QB. Texas was able to get pressure often on Howard; probably should have watched more of that game.

Frustrating to watch....but damn, they did go pretty far with an average QB. Watching the view from behind the offense, Leonard looked so much like Ian Book.....just cannot lead receivers. That said, they were off in every phase of the game, including special teams.

Watching ESPNNEWS with the camera behind the offense. It's unreal how open things are across the field, and how much room Howard has to run.

Looks like they spent more time on disguising coverages and no time on QB pressure. Not only do they DESPARATELY need a stop to start the half, they need a score.

Two solid games today. While weather was a factor, both games came down to key possessions late. Of the 4 teams left, I think I am rooting for the Bills. It would not bother me if the Eagles or Commanders won......just not the Chiefs.

What was arguably the best division pulls a HUGE flop in the playoffs going 0-3, and all 3 lose bad. WOW

The Chiefs are good, no question about it, but 2 awful penalties for hits on Mahomes lead to KC getting 10 points. The 2nd one was the worst. The 2 defenders hit each other, plus, Mahomes was a runner. There have to be scenarios like this where he becomes JUST a runner and loses the slide protection.

The NFL fined Eagles LB Oren Burks $8,333 for unnecessary roughness (use of helmet) even though no flag was thrown for the hit on Packers KR Keisean Nixon during the opening kickoff in Philadelphia Sooooo, it WAS a penalty. hmmmm A penalty during the game would have negated the fumble (which Nixon recovered any way) That play changed the game. Eagles score 7 on their first possession resulting from this huge miss.

The money Notre Dame has made without being required to share from advancing to the championship game has pushed them even further away from joining a conference. I gave Swarbick a hard time for agreeing to the current playoff format thinking it was going to force them to join a conference. But I am willing to admit I may have misjudged him. Maybe he did envision this if ND did reach a championship game.
