I agree completely. That is actually my point, and has been my issue from day 1 of the voucher program. They can and do openly discriminate; not only who they let in their schools, but who can work in them as well. They can also deny services to special needs students, giving the parents one option; sign the waiver or go back to public school. It is also THE point that people ignore when they talk about the cost of education per student in private schools compared to public schools. One final point; there is absolutely no accountability in place for how voucher schools spend those tax dollars; whereas every penny has to be accounted for in public school districts.

I agree....the question does pertain directly to the impact on teams. Now, if we start seeing Fauci memes, national stats, infection rates, etc., then yeah, it will be moved.

It is also an apples and oranges comparison. The basketball tournament has multiple teams playing at the same site on the same nights, so crowds coming from multiple communities along with teams made it necessary to cancel. Plus, we knew very little at that time. We now know in football the steps necessary to minimize the impact as much as possible. Only one game a night and with smaller crowds outside is a lot different than neutral site gyms with multiple teams and multiple sets of fans.

Had a couple roaring fires going over the weekend myself. Instead of Makers though, Jameson and root beer....too many of those actually 😀

What a complete load of bull shit. There is plenty you post in here that moderators do not agree with, and yet it all stays. Go back and look at the topics. There is far more support for them not having political posts attached and dragging them down than is for keeping them there. Proof? And if you are going to point to topics on the main football forum, then you really have no proof. People go there to see updates about schedule changes and new match ups as well as other specific things directly related to the game of high school football. Political rants are for this forum, not that one.

Interesting to note that I have had several ads from the Indiana GOP about applying ASAP for a mail in ballot on my Facebook page.

I am surprised to see that DeLaney has not mentioned (at least based on the article she did not) that the school receives tax dollars and should not be allowed to discriminate based on that.
