I think we will see Friday how secondary is against Becker and the Chargers. I could see Becker passing for 300+ yards. I really didn't like the zone look Snider was playing against North last week, looked out of place. I will add that North has, from what I recall, a really good WR that is/will be highly ranked nationally as he continues on, I think he is just a sophomore this year.

Not sure why during school days would be issue, school is out before crowds arrive. I think they can get by without St Charles parking. They crammed a stadium into the space at Dwenger, they can do at Snider. Do realize it is a "public" school vs "private" school, that could well be the big difference.

I don't see any more parking capacity at Dwenger than what I see at Snider and across the street at Lane Middle School and the elementary school. I've heard the issue about the lights and neighborhood, I'm sure there is some form of better light technology out there that can light up the playing field but not the surrounding area. It's not like you are flooding the sky with lights.

BTF, we need to start a Go Fund me Page for football stadium at Snider.

Snider was running ball well, as Justasportsfan said, the O line looks like a good unit. I agree, they could have scored more, Brown getting stripped at 1 yard line hurt momentum. They look good discipline wise, only saw a few flags on them, not the usual 8-10 flags as in past. D secondary needs work. I want to go back and watch game again, thought a saw numerous occasions on 2nd and/or 3rd and long Snider D was really out of place. Looked like they would rush 3 and drop back, but think I saw a bunch of Snide D kids in middle of field around no one, probably some form of zone. I know it is first game so plenty of time to practice, they are fortunate to get the W, don't see a lot of 40+ FG in high school ball to win game. I do want to add North looks very talented, good to see that program on right path. the SAC is way better when teams other than the usual 4-5 are playing well.

I did not see as well live, but reviewed the situation on You Tube, From what I saw; North ran a 4th down play, didn't convert. Snider got ball and was in position to kick FG with 1 sec on clock at end of half. FG was tipped, and North returned 80-90 yards for TD. Snider D secondary has work to do, LB core too.

I will start this season thread on Snider saying they got lucky to getting W tonight. North Side looks like good team. Snider has some work to do on D. Good luck to both teams this year.

Snider has some form of special teams collapse at end of 1st half. Missed FG fielded by North and returned for TD. North up 21-17, Snider gets ball at start of 3rd I think.

You may be on something here Gonzoron. Snider special teams caught flat footed at end of half. North looks to have some good talent. I still expect Snider to win, but it will be close game.

Snider has a lot returning from their off year as well and I betting they will not overlook the Redskins (not sure what it is now). South over Concordia, just thinking upset here I think South has some returning talent, not sure though?? I know Carroll is good on O, D may still be a liability.

Yeah, maybe I should have said Indy area teams. Sooner or later 6A will be mostly Indy area teams, other than 2 in Fort Wayne + Warsaw, 2 in SB/Elk area and maybe 1 or2 from The Region, based on enrollment, success factor will add 1 possibly every 1 or 2 cycles.

Same handful of Indy teams will win it 9 out of 10 years, or maybe 19 out of 20.

All this really does is give the smaller 6A schools a chance to go and win a state title at 5A, does noting to strengthen 6A, which I doubt is possible.
