    Snider D needs some work. DB were burned a few teams and mobile QB containment was very suspect. I was happy to see another RB (can't recall name) get some good chunks of yardage. Would have been nice long TD run if Alonzo didn't push the Carroll defender in the block. That was plain ole stupidity from the senior to do that. Barnes looked good throwing the ball, and Carroll's D looks pretty good.

    Saint X comes up to play Penn in two weeks, Will be interesting to see how Penn plays against them.

    I pretty much watched all game, very impressed with the Carroll QB, looks like they are set for next few years at that position. He may have D1 capabilities.

    Yes, saw it too. Carroll really outplayed Snider in second half. The fumble by Carroll deep in Snider territory was difference, they would have scored IMO. Looked like Snider got a favorable call on the recovery, looked very close to ball being out of bounds.

    Snider leads 21-20, about 3 minutes left in 4th.

    What happened to him and how much more yards does he need for record?? Snider and Carroll 7 all at half. Carroll looks to have a good soph QB and their D looks good.

    Well they have 2 very tough games after the LaPorte game, so 1-3 is certainly possible.

    Carroll at Snider - Snider by 20 Concordia at Homestead - Sparty by 30 North Side at Dwenger - Dwenger by as many as they want, lets go with 48 Northrop at South Side - South Side not as terrible as thought, but Bruins get them by 17 Wayne at Luers - Wayne by 21

    Snider has this game on their "board" believe me. They were embarrassed last year and I think (hope) they remember. Carroll has a soph QB and bet Snider D line will be all over him. I say Panthers by 17 -20.

    OK, as I said, didn't see first half. Just surprised that he was in game when really not needed.

    I watched 1/2 of the third and all of the fourth quarter. Good to see some 2nd and 3rd stringers get real game time in. I was surprised to see Holtz in the game in the fourth, not sure why they kept him in there that long, would hate to see injury in game when he is not really needed.

    Yes, I've been wondering that myself, They will be good but not as good as last year. They had good/great O last year, this year I think the D side is good, they did lose talent in the O side.

    Dwenger at Wayne - Dwenger by 10 to 13 Luers at Carroll - Carroll by 3 Snider at North Side - I want to say Snider by 50, but will go with 20 to 24 South Side at Concordia - Concorida by 20 Homestead at Northrop - Northrop keeps it close in first half, but Sparty wins by 14 to 17 all games start at 7pm.

    I would be shocked too, but you never know. Homestead never really seems to play good against Snider. I believe the record against each are 18-3, Snider advantage

    Valpo has been a very good team for 20+ (maybe 30) in the top class. Problem is they had to beat Penn in years past. Will wait to see what happens, but I would bet 3 to 1 that the north semi will be Dwenger vs Valpo.
