  1. New Haven ,at one time ,was considered a large school, before the classification started. Then Heritage was constructed in the late 60’s to alleviate the crowding. Instead of building a new building for NHHS. Then to alleviate heritage h.s. crowding, Harding high was built. But the area of East Allen system is pretty vast maybe, for two schools. im not sure about the area, size wise, covered by Warsaw high school in comparison.
  2. I don’t think Kansas will be invited to the BIG. Besides the two schools that might leave, I’m with Boiler on this, the rest of the schools are rejects.
  3. Two sides to it. Yea I can see your point.
  4. Man, this guy is an all star! No BS here. He has the stuff.. I’m reeling in all these interviews, but this guy may take the cake.
  5. Success factor , “we are being punished” then “it’s doin what it’s supposed to do “ I’m not sure he really dislikes it, from what I get.
  6. Thank god for Colson,I wouldn't wish the Cubs on any Indiana player, GO SOX!
  7. south Missouri/Iowa state/Illinois/Purdue/Indiana/Ohio St./Penn St./Maryland Missouri and Iowa St. have varsity wrestling teams. This aligns with the rest of the conference.
  8. Not true. That’s why practice is important.
  9. This would create the super super football conference.
  10. Sure, and the youth football league was huge for the size of this town. Or for any sized city or town in the state ,for that matter. The kids were ready tested-and could contribute immediately for coaches Dave and Myron. That and Mo had a huge weight program before it was the thing to do to in Indiana football.
  11. Well spoken with great demeanor. I can see why the athletes respond to this coach. All other reasons for their success aside.
  12. Oh I agree, no way around it, 2 ,four star players. But I’m here, And the football aura is gone in this area. They will be good, and have a winning record. They may never replicate the state championships era again. Coaches aside. Them days are over
  13. Gabe has a good assistant coach resume. would be nice to see him parlay that into head coach success. Bloomington is not the talent rich community it once was 15 years ago.
  14. Answer to number 9, alone. should of had two pages of comments by now, on this site. I can see both sides to the success factor. But coach is not wrong, when he says that it penalizes success.
  15. I'll have to admit ,you would think these clowns around here would have more to say, yes. Not often do posters , on this site ,get this kind of inside looks at programs and coaches. And from all over the state. These interviews are priceless for Indiana football fans.
  16. This sounds familiar, student participation, in urban schools. Todd seems dedicated.
  17. This guy is a coach! Good interview. He’s going to beat Dwenger one day. Hope the big schools don’t see this interview. He will be gone from Angola
  18. I understand that the 22nd pick over all will pay in the vicinity of $3.5 million this year. Um….? This kind of stuns me.
  19. Not so sure about this coach ,and his talking head responses to the well thought out questions. Sounded like he was interviewing for a job. I smell a rat. I could be mistaken.
  20. Just Eastern Illinois? Tony Romo’s and Sean Payton’s alma mater?
  21. Nice to finally get some more of the local Indiana talent to stay in state. Never too many linemen for a great football team.
  22. I’ll take it
