    No hope for the Catholics? My teams old coach Lee Corso always said “never bet against the Catholics “ Im up with Bishop Luers getting a little more respect here.

    New law, must be at least 18 years old to obtain a driver’s license. Coincide with voting laws. It would put a damper on the #1 teen killer.

    I’m not close to your conference but I think that it is good for that conference, competition wise. Adds another 4a stalwart in the mix. Don’t you think so?

    Jasper is looking like the elephant in the room , for the conference this year.

    I was at the game,The year before ,in west Lafayette. I had a sister attending Purdue. The bands got into it at that game as they were switching positions to play on the field. So I’m thinking retaliation for the game at IU the next year

    After that game, it was the last year that both bands were at the bucket game at the same time.

    After re looking at South’s schedule this year. They could run the table here. I know, Chatard and Columbus North are both right there but neither team is at the top of their games right now. Season just getting started.

    This. Very good analysis. And you arent even a lawyer! The publics have numbers ,big schools, but few are starters or are playing consistently. Small schools, numbers are low, thus every one gets playing time, game experience at an earlier age. multipe small schools produce more athletes who are ready to contribute earlier.

    That’s the 64 dollar question. Southridge. The last few years the Raiders have enjoyed consistent success. Some years better Than others , but successful non e the less. So if they reload, I’m inclined to go with Southridge. You guys know your football in Miner country, and from what your saying it will be a fun year at Linton.

    You know I was just going to ask you. The coach over at Wayne ain’t no rookie. He can put a championship team on he field. He isn’t afraid of the big prestigious schools in the area.

    I think Bishop has lost there mojo. They used to have a lot of swagger. In the Fort. No contest here.

    Hopefully the football tradition continues there. Lots of young coaches around the state jumping in to the fire. Good to see.

    Not so fast. They do hold a team state tournament every year that classes the teams. Very nice tournament and pretty exciting. This is not an IHSAA event. But includes teams from all over the state that qualify.
