Gone off the GID for last 3 days.... come back and the last 5 posts is enough for THIS ONE......

QB started 3 games last year: BC, NW and Tipton, went 3-0 Will be replacing 2 TEs and FB. Need to replace North All Star Noah BIerma, who ended up being our #1 RB, when our soph, RB went down with ACL 2 days before KV game, but he had carries his freshman year and has been chomping at the bit to get onto the field after being out so long. RT will be new. RG as well, but we got some time in with some kids last year but not full time by any means. Return a good chunk of defense, but lost both MLBs and a Safety in Hickman and Corner in Bierma So I'd say about a half the starters turned over.

From what I know, Roncalli been phasing out the Rebel logo for years now, the mascot itself has not been on any t shirts, designs, gear in many years, the new field turf was purposely voided of the word as well. Helmets just featured a script R. from what I can gather the lone voice in Roncalli world around these parts is still TW

Tyler Marsh officially promoted at Benton Central announced this week, wish him well Agree, WL unless someone proves otherwise. Interested to see how youthful Mannering brings his style to his hometown in Cass New QB for Western, as last year's QB now at Eastbrook, Kneply take over? Tipton got hit hard by injury bug last year, I know they are excited to get that group back together I think Hamilton Heights makes a step this year, they too were hit with some big injuries early in the year to some skill players. LCC playing with a lot of confidence, as they should, new DC there, talented JV squad last year joins the ranks, QB will have even more experience under his belt to run Coach Nay's system. What does new coach at Twin Lakes bring with him from Carroll, known for some Quad formations, will it be a mix bag of fun?? Spoiler alert: Bombers are going to line up in double tight formation, single wing, shotgun. same ole same ole 😀

Quite the leap you went with there. for love love of every thing GID, can we not bring every political hot button into this section of the forum. I have learned to live with most of the Covid related talk, obviously as we are getting closer and its been relatively contained to protocols, opinions on what best for schools and such and not politicized for the most part. I posted the videos when I saw them today because it was a great message by those Seniors who want the decision makers in their district to know how they feel about the decision.

North Central Students Athletes have something to say

There are going to be positive cases, that was expected, as IHSAA Commish stated here, and what most people understand. Taking it 2 weeks at a time as we approach August.

I believe Starke County also put in a Mask requirement as well Havent seen anything on Newton, Jasper, Porter counties .............yet

Exactly what we are doing, we have our pods still in place Monday thru Thursday for condition and lifting We will keep the pods in place tonight when we have our full team activity, only difference is we will run our drills with helmet and shoulder pads on. I do not believe we have any desire or need to go 11 on 11 thud or 7 on 7 at any point the next 2 weeks.

Speaking of Basketball..... Yesterday was their 1st day they could work out as teams, how many of them did full court 5 on 5 on day 1? I bet I know the answer to that.....
