I have saved $750 a year since 2008 or maybe it was 2009ish by NOT joining my local union. Great Decision for me I know at our school at one point a few years back it was over 15k a year for family insurance I have been fortunate to be with my lovely brides all these years but would be very frustrated when it was time to "negotiate" benefits that majority of concessions were made to help awful insurance and since I was not in that plan year after year I saw nothing to benefit me and my other teachers who were not on the insurance plan It has gotten better over last 3 or 4 years but I am just fine with my 70 dollars to IFCA which covers me both in and out of the classroom.

based on Twitter, then entire state of Indiana Football got better yesterday and overwhelmingly excited to "Be Back" 😀 Trust me I love all the positive vibes, but I have only seen one time where a coach posted something opposite of rainbows and unicorns and I thank @Coach Jennings for that a few years ago. Our Day 1 went well. We are taking the slow and steady approach, which I would imagine is what the majority of the state is doing. I think everyone in our coaching profession understands you cannot make up 4 months in 1 day, 1 week, etc.
