Bellmont is basically dirt with a sliver of grass. It was awful when youth teams play on it. Surprised they haven't started raising funds for turf. Though I'm guessing they'll have to start winning again before that is even entertained.

Not sure why they always do North & South and haven't tried East vs West. I'd actually rather they do quarters: NW, NE, SW & SE. Then have rotation of semi states.

Watched some of Carroll (Flora) and they have a solid line on both sides and a good running game with a big back & capable QB. They and North Judson could be stumbling blocks for AC. However I can just be a nervous AC fan at times.

Surprises in Wells County as Bluffton wins their sectional and Norwell does not.

AC 14 Northfield 0 as the Jets score on the 1st of play 2nd quarter.

AC 7 Northfield 0. Northfield had a couple first downs but didn't get too far. More importantly they ran time off the clock.

AC 55 SA 20 Final. Flying Jets move on to Sectional Finals. Sounds like possibly Northfield next week.

AC gets a good KO return and scores a couple plays later but EP missed. AC 48 SA 7 seconds before halftime. 

SA gets a stop and has a nice drive ending in a TD. AC 42 SA 7 2nd qtr 1:53 before half

Another SA fumble w/ AC recovery. Next play TD pass AC 42 SA 0 2nd qtr 7:42 remaining. Starfires went from possibly tying it up at 7 to down 42 bc of turnovers (fumbles & failed 4th downs.

SA fumble recovered by AC. Few plays later AC scores. AC 35 SA 0 in 2nd 7:53 remaining 

Long run makes it AC 28 SA 0 2nd quarter 10:40 mark

AC 14 SA 0 end of 1st. AC on SA 1 looking to score on 3rd down I believe. SA had a big pass play but was stripped from behind and recovered by AC.

AC hosts SA in a rematch from week 6 that resulted in a 49-20 AC win. The game was dominated physically by AC. SA will play hard, as they always do for Coach Moser and the rest of that coaching staff, but I doubt this is a good game. AC would have to get burnt several times in coverage as well as turn it over a bunch offensively. Central seems to be playing really good ball right now. I think they’ll roll in a decisive victory. 

Curious to see how the injury at CB to Smith has any factor in the game. AC'S secondary has improved all year, but is still a minor weakness. SA will be ready, but once again, I'm not sure they have enough on either line to stop the Jets. They did have some success penetrating on blitzes but couldn't make the first tackle. We all know Mav will be blitzing a lot to try and stop Ryan T, Gavin, Ryan B, and Keegan. Like to see Wurm dominate like he did this past week.

Well that didn't quite work out. I was nervous about Southwood's offense, but outside of one drive it never showed up. Does Northfield beat Madison Grant next week?
