You're a fan of Ted Bundy? How about a link to this Cody Parkhurst guy. I'd like to see what all the fuss is about.

When I think of "disgrace to living breathing humans," I think of Ted Bundy and Jeffery Dahmer. Is this poor Parkhurst guy, who has a passion for high school football, really in that same category?

It sounds like rain may have been a factor? I believe that rain always benefits one team more than another.

Should we be surprised by this score? At first, I was. I thought Harrison would have put up more of a fight. They did own the first half to give them credit, but unfortunately for them, football is four quarters. I'd love to hear some insight from Harrison fans who were at the game. On the other hand, I'm not surprised at all. Zionsville represented the north last season, and word on the street was that they would be just as good or better this year. Let's face it, none of the five teams they lost to this year were subpar football teams by any stretch. When 15 of the best 20 football teams reside in the same metro area, good teams are going to suffer some losses. The Eagles are alive and well, and in my opinion, the frontrunner to lead the north once again at the state finals.

They called a good game, let's not get carried away with having the best coaching staff in Northeast Indiana.

It showed tonight. The Northrop staff called a brilliant game.

They were beat in every phase of the game except for the scoreboard. They may have taken for granted that Northrop hasn't beaten them since 1999.

I don't think there is anything wrong with how Snider is playing outside of that last fumble. Northrop's coaches are just putting on a clinic.

I'm sure the Luers kids are still struggling with losing a 9 point lead with less than two minutes to play for the state championship last season. That should be motivation enough not to take any team lightly.

I think this sectional is anyone's for the taking. I like Carroll as the favorite with Homestead very close behind. Warsaw will have a say when it's all said and done with. No result would surprise me.

Which brings me to Homestead. I've heard their kids mention the SAC title as a goal, but never a state championship. Does that type of mentality hinder them when they square off against Sectional 4?

That was an amazing game to watch last night with some solid D1 recruits. I think everyone just got caught up in the moment. One of the players even mentioned after the game that beating East Noble was their championship. That line of thought could spell doom for them moving forward. New Prairie, Lowell, and Hobart will all have something to say about who goes to state.

Two very good football teams that would nicely fit into the SAC. EN may be a little far, but Leo is a burb.
