Thanks, Bob!  I saw the story on the news yesterday morning and was bummed out.  As you know, Hammond is a tough place to live and football gives them something positive to do.

This "heart of gold guy' purchased a public golf course in Culver.  He told the people living on it that they can't play it and now he and his buddies play the course themselves not allowing anyone else to play.  Not a heart of gold!

I guess that's the risk you run when you live on a public course. We had one here sold to the school corp and now part of it is prairie.  That doesn't change the fact that Irsay supports many, many causes very generously. Not the least of which is IHSAA football.
