The following games good bet bad.  How bad?  Real bad:

John H. Castle--Evansville Central (take that, Vanderburgh County)

East Central--Greensburg (will this season ever end?)

East Noble--New Haven

Hanover Central--Andrean (HC has stunned the NWHC)

Heritage Hills (repeat performance?) --Princeton

Logansport--Western (been down this road)

North Decatur--Edinburgh

North Judson (can't wait to face South Newton) --Caston

Paoli--Mitchell (at least there's pretty foliage to look at on the bus ride)

Rochester--Southwood

Andrean just played Bishop Chatard last week, leading 14-13 late in the 3rd quarter before Chatard took over in the 4th.  They led Valpo at the half before fading in the 2nd half.  This game may wind up closer than expected, with HC pulling it out in the 2nd half.

Possibly, but HC is destroying everything in its path.  Additionally, the DQ across the street from their high school is closed (for remodeling), so they've gotta be mad...

Rochester--Southwood

Southwood has been in every game that they have played this year for the most part. They have a lot of talent on the offensive side of the ball, they've been plagued by the injury bug all year. They are well coached. Rochester has to be ready to play for 4 quarters. Everyone is excited about the Maconaquah/Rochester conference championship possibility next week but both teams have to take care of business tonight in order for that to happen.

Of all the possible outcomes, I would not have predicted a 3-0 shutout.

I thought that Southwood did ALL they could do tonight.  Proud of the YOUNG MEN that the Knights have.  And I do mean "young".  Freshman all over the place.

They battled as best as best as possible.

May take a couple of seasons, but they will trend upwards!

Good thing those freshman eventually turn into Juniors and Seniors. All the licks they take now should better prepare them for the future. I'm seeing that now with my alma mater albeit they've won 3 games.

As someone who works in and lives in Rochester. I can tell you that's all people could talk about. If that MAC/Rochester game is at Rochester. I may take a visit over there, I mean I live 3 blocks from the school lol.

They say the Maconaquah/Rochester match up is @ Maconaquah because of the TRC scheduled rotation

3 banger by Andrean. I wonder if the 59ers found a DQ to hit on the way home.
