Bobref Posted May 6, 2025 Posted May 6, 2025 Notre Dame and Clemson have agreed to play a 12 game home & home series, 2027-2038. With the changing landscape of college football, what are the odds all 12 of those get played? 1 Quote

How many coaches on this list are undefeated against Ohio State and Alabama? Sometimes fans just need to swallow the medicine and accept their team screwed up… in Michigan’s case…at least twice in recent history. At least twice. Sugar coating or comparing to other’s sins doesn’t make the blemish go away. Quote

Should get every chance to shine this year with Sawyer and JTT off to the NFL. * I say that knowing he would have been great in Bloomington opposite Kamara. Kudos to Curry for sticking with his commitment to Ohio State this entire team, don't see that in this day and age. 2 Quote

How many lineman are athletic enough to play the number of special teams Curry plays? Bottom line, he was behind some guys that decided to stay and now will be playing Sunday's. He will get more opportunity this year. I wish he had left and went to IU last year. But kudos to the young man for not running when times got difficult and decided to stick out his commitment. You could have given him props. Don't mistake feisty for drinking too much of Grandpa's cough medicine and losing a chunk of brain cells. Edited May 19, 2025 by Bash Riprock Quote

Knew you couldn’t resist this one but when you gotta cite special teams snaps as an argument, you’ve lost. Grant (and Graham for that matter) were instantaneous studs at Michigan…Curry is an situational guy on a defense that is winless against Michigan largely because they couldn’t get stops and get off the field during crucial times. But hey, at least you didn’t cite “the sign stealer.” Quote

Regress doesn’t mean what you think it means in this scenario. Quote

He played very well as a #2 for his position, and picked up a natty in the process. Never a comparison between Grant and Curry. Happy for Grant. What's wrong with you? Is your ego so low that you think a candle burns brighter by trying to blow out the candle of another? Man, your life must suck. Almost feel sorry for you....almost.... I think the Grant/Curry comparison is actually quite fair. Curry was rated much higher than Grant outside of high school and has yet to see the field consistently for a team that Grant's team has dominated. Why does something have to be "wrong with me" for wanting me to have a completely fair discussion? My life is great actually. For someone that looks down on me and is judgmental to someone whom they've never met, you sure do get triggered easily. 1 hour ago, Bash Riprock said: My point is Curry is an incredible athlete that offers a ton of versatility. I'd also like to point out that in Curry's commitment video, he claims Michigan's days of dominance over the Buckeyes are over...yet here we are. Edited May 20, 2025 by temptation Quote
Coach Nowlin Posted May 21, 2025 Posted May 21, 2025 Curious: What happens if OSU wins next year, and the year after and the year after that? You know because in Athletics that is a possible outcome...... what will your go to be there @temptation? I get your boredom has led to this current "I am feeling Frisky". you see you lost me with that.... as soon as you led with that I didn't take any of it serious because you were not offering conversation in good faith, instead looking to excite a response to your "friskyness". Uh, welcome to my life from 2000-2019… Gotta beat Michigan once this decade before I can commit to predicting it to happen multiple times. As long as Ryan Day is on the opposing sideline, I’m pretty confident. If a guy like Lou Holtz can get in this guy’s head, imagine what going to bed nightly knowing you haven’t beaten Michigan since 2019 feels like. Dude had a massive talent advantage this past season, especially on the outside and wanted to prove he had the “tougher team” by running straight at two top 15 picks repeatedly. If Sherrone can go in there in his first full season as head coach with a walk on QB and two first round draft picks, I remain confident. I said what I said about Grant and Curry. And it’s a valid comparison. People just get their feelings hurt too easily. Edited May 21, 2025 by temptation Quote

I am kind of rooting for Ryan Day to run a 5 year win streak against your beloved just to see your misery first hand Quote

The fan of a team that had zero FBS wins last season hitching his wagons to a program he has no allegiance to in order to “stick it to” another message board poster whom he’s never met AFTER claiming he cannot take said message board poster “seriously” is a real sign of a serious adult, lol.
