No new Sectional realignments for the SIAC. If Lincoln was still in the conference, they got placed in Sectional 31.

Still nothing regarding Mater Dei’s non-conference game being scheduled, but according to C&P a game is in the works. Wonder who they are talking too.

I think they have them scheduled for 2028, home and home series.

I know I’m ranting into the void - but earlier this week I heard questioning ‘Why don’t they move all non conference games to week 1 and be done with it?’ 

It won’t work with an odd number. Not sure how people can’t figure that out.

It wouldn't surprise me if Bosse decided to not compete in the SIAC in football at some point. I would imagine most, if not all, of other SIAC schools would welcome the change. This might give Bosse the chance to find some other opponents and rebuild the program.

Guessing they will switch to that in 2028 once the 2-year deals are done. Jasper did jump ahead and schedule Columbus North quickly, so that could’ve caused the issue. But I do wonder why they didn’t make everything Week 1.

That only works if there are 8 SIAC teams. Like the good old days before the AD's got lazy and added Jasper and Vincennes to make schedules automatic...
