Irishman Posted June 15 Author Posted June 15 So far, AGs from Colorado, Utah and Oklahoma have written responses to join the fight against Paxton. This will not end well. I am willing to bet the folks at Tech were NOT happy seeing Paxton step in. 1 Quote
Bash Riprock Posted June 16 Posted June 16 Good read. As you stated Irish, the Texas AG did Sorsby and TTU no good with his ridiculous threat. (Yahoo Sports) 1 Quote
Irishman Posted June 16 Author Posted June 16 It's a fair reaction. As a fan, I am on board with IU vacating their wins from the 22 and the 23 season. Seems fair right? To keep you from looking, IU won 4 games in 2022 and 3 in 2023. 😄 Quote
Irishman Posted June 16 Author Posted June 16 Great summation of all that has happened with this. 1 Quote
Bash Riprock Posted June 19 Posted June 19 Wow...quite an investment by the University of Florida. $1.45B stadium renovation...most expensive and comprehensive stadium renovation in CFB history. Have to wonder if a new stadium would have been less expensive. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/49030092/florida-plans-145b-renovation-ben-hill-griffin-stadium 1 Quote

Now it makes some sense to want to preserve that, like the AD pointed out with Lambeau, Wrigley and Fenway. Quote

Following same logic to renovate Notre Dame Stadium, Beaver Stadium at Penn State, Kinnick Stadium at Iowa, etc. I am assuming they received cost estimates for stadium reno vs new stadium. Just curious the difference. Sorry Coach...didn't mean to leave off Ross-Ade.....well, maybe it was intentional....😉 1 Quote
