A long story short, quarantine means that you MAY have been exposed but you MAY also be healthy. The idea of the quarantine is so you don't spread the virus before you know you have it. Plus a negative test doesn't mean that you wouldn't have it at any point during the incubation period. So a negative test doesn't dismiss you from the quarantine. If we all followed the rules of the experts instead we wouldn't be facing the issues we are facing today. I stand by what I said.

A non racist meme that racists use for their own purposes is now off limits and racist, no matter that it’s just a picture of a sad frog. Even your link talks about how it isn’t usually used for bigoted purposes. There are plenty of reasons to be another with Muda, this is not one of them. 1
