Can you please provide a link to that Indiana legislation?   As far as I can tell Indiana is not one of the 15 states that decades ago decided to have it's teachers and/or state employees opt out of social security in exchange for a public sector defined pension.

You are correct, Indiana is NOT a State that allows teachers to opt out.
