The Hoosier isn't the only conference that utilizes the forward pass.  I think the Bison would be accepted just fine.

Would the Bison want to go to a conference where they don't get whipped every week?  Delphi lost to BC 21-12 and Delphi is mid-pack HHC.  Dem Bizun need a change of scenery.

Last time BC played Sheridan in 2020, the Dem Bizun got beat 48-6.  BC would be a mid-pack HHC team.  Still not of the likes of Sheridan/Eastern/Carroll.  However, I'm always welcoming to new(old) opponents.

There is a reason for splitting up into big and small divisions and no cross-over games.  Schools like BC and apparently Tipton this year are getting beat like drums against the larger conference schools.  It would be nice to add a couple more 2A schools to the mix in the smaller division, that is why Delphi would make sense but not sure they would come back into the conference which they just left fairly recently.  Frankfort would be another to the big school division but they are currently in the process of joining another conference.

WL is the only “big school” that Tipton has played so far but yes they are struggling this year. Youth mixed with an incredible amount of injuries is a bad combination. Should continue to improve and get back to normal in the next few years. Also Tipton will still play 3 of the 5 big schools next year. Might as well add the other 2 and get rid of South Adams and whoever in the world they’ll have to play week 6 next year.

Was a time just a couple of decades ago when playing LCC meant a W in the books for the Bison.  Got here around 2001 and BC notched wins against LCC 2001 through 2004 with a couple of them in pure beatdown fashion 46-13 in 2002, 48-25 in 2003, and 34-13 in 2001.  In the 10 years from 1994-2003 BC was 8-2 against LCC.

In Sheridan's early days in the HC, the Bison thumped us pretty good.  The tables began to turn in 2003, when Sheridan beat BC for the first time.  After that they never lost to the Bison again, and returned those thumpings with interest.

I've never stated BC would be a winner in the HHC, but they would certainly be more competitive across all sports.  BC has seemed to have stayed in the HC for girls basketball, and that's been a fatal mistake for their program.

The HHC currently sits at 8 teams, add Frankfort or Tipton and BC, and split into an East/West Division.

East - Eastern, Sheridan, Tri-Central, Taylor, Tipton

West - BC, Clinton Prairie, Carroll, Delphi, Clinton Central

If Frankfort is in instead of Tipton, add them to the West and move Clinton Central to East.

Getter done!

Perhaps a certain mover and shaker in a certain Northern Newton County could make a phone call

I doubt Tipton would join any conference that included Tri-Central !   Just sayin' !!!

He could probably pull that one off, I agree.  The Bison would probably dominate that league though.
