    I'm not buying that Elkhart has regressed . They have really only played 3 good teams and they lost all 3 . They did not look good against Penn because Penn is the best team they have played this year .

    Not going to argue about it, could care less whatever data you’re looking at. I’m going off what my eyes have seen after watching high school football for 50 years. Not to mention all the coaches that say it does matter. Most coaches will say if the team traveling is a better team, they still should win the game, but the traveling team’s performance was lacking.

    Key word I used is sometimes . Warren winning in FW 15-0 , again probably 28-0 in Indy.

    I know I'll get flamed for this ,But . Sometimes that 2 hour bus ride does come into play . My guess is that Warren beats Warsaw by 6-7 scores if that game was in Indy .

    Bart must of been in desperation mode. Warsaw is not built for 4th and 12, let alone from its own 28.

    Can’t put concord in front of Mishawaka as the Cavemen won the head to head matchup.

    Concord's a pretty good football team . I've been wondering for a couple weeks why people were so high on Warsaw . Maybe they knew something I didn't , and lord knows we don't want to question the professionals. I thought we'll find out a lot about Warsaw when they play Concord and Mishawaka .

    Taken right off the Wisconsin website Bardo, a three-star recruit, reaffirmed his commitment to Wisconsin after an official visit in May.

    Lets be real here . Not taking anything away from this young man , but he is not a 4 star . If he was , his offer list would look like ND , Michigan , Alabama , Clemson , USC , Miami , Georgia , etc . You get the point . Heck , even Wisconsin lists him as a 3 star . Not sure where this 4 star nonsense comes from . You can always tell a 4 star or higher by the schools that are offering .

    Would love to see a Mishawaka vs East Noble Game. Although East Noble is 3-0 , their 3 opponents have a combined 1 win . I feel Mishawaka has played a tougher schedule thus far . Mishawaka will be a serious threat in 4A .

    And I should have worded it differently. Didn’t mean we didn’t lose anything. I meant it’s kind of a wash. We lost a good Athlete but also gained one .

    Not when you get an equally talented athlete who is only a Junior. Word on the street is that he has visited Big Ten schools.

    Penn really not losing anything, Everyone I talked to feels the Junior St Joe transfer Brayson Hurley is every bit as good as Bardo, if not better. He is 6-3 220, I could see him being a D1 tight end .

    Just a hunch, but could this have to do with the St Joe receiver transferring to Penn ? The St Joe kid had more catches and yards than Bardo did last year. Maybe Bardo didn’t want to share so to speak.

    Penn has lost a bunch to Edwardsburg , MI over the years . Parents looking for the small school atmosphere.

    I'll go Westfield for the state title . It is very hard to beat a very good team twice in the same season . If Brownsburg is able to do this , then they have ran the gauntlet and kudos to them . Add in the fact Brownsburg should win the boy's wrestling state title in a few months , they have it going on right now .

    I'm not sure what's in store for CP . I am sure they are the best true North 6A team in a long time .

    Different , On the home side there is a lower section than runs from end zone to end zone and a taller section that runs between the 25 yard lines .

    I would say there were slightly more Penn fans than Crown point fans. If the visitor side is full and the home side is 1/2 full, then its about even . Crown point did travel very well . A side note , Freed field is one of the few stadiums I've been to where the bleachers on both sides go from end zone to end zone .

    I agree , that game like all of CP's games could of been much worse .
