Mr. Trump and his cronies took an oath to defend and uphold the Constitution, but it clear they only do this if it conforms to their personal agendas and vendettas. If not, it's just another piece of paper to basically be ignored. He is a man without honor.

    Some communities are wealthier than others, and as such have more resources. Just pointing that out. Sorry if that truth rubs you the wrong way. I most certainly do. I have volunteered with a couple of non-sports related community organizations for a couple of decades now, and we work just as hard or harder than the sports-related organizations.

    It is just a game. Played by mostly children/minors. Teach them that life isn't fair, that you will face obstacles in life you may not have prepared for.

I encourage everyone who lives in a municipality where this income tax may become a reality to contact their elected mayor, town manager, city council member, etc. and vociferously voice your opposition to this new income tax.

    40 some years ago when artificial turf started making inroads into the college and pro game I bet most people were thinking "This is great for college and the pros, but way to expensive and extravagant for the high school game." And look where we are today. It works when the community is wealthy and can afford it.

    Solution: Since practically all Indiana High Schools now have artificial turf the next obvious method to remove variability from the game is domed high school football fields. Get rid of that pesky weather. I'm sure such a cost can be justified, right?
