  1. We are just a little school in a corn field. Nothing to see here for Warren LOL.
  2. Didn't mean to insult your work ethic, I believe it is sound. "Canceling during the "flattening the curve" shutdown was a have to" What part of that do you not understand? Your questions aren't exactly Perry Masonish.
  3. Yes I did, read closer....the answer is there! Come on Bob...you know it's not that simple. But cancel culture is easier is it not?
  4. Just been here 49 years. I hate that it is a conservative state...but making the right decisions lately.
  5. We can agree to disagree. Science is on the side of moving forward. Canceling during the "flattening the curve" shutdown was a have to. Now we have choices. I choose to do the hard work.
  6. IMHO...we will get through it. It’s what winners do.
  7. We might see 2 weeks of games and 4 programs cancel....but most of the state will push forward.
  8. If Indy schools mess up the rest of the state will play without them. Keep in mind ...I think it takes a lot of "cases" before a school should be concerned.....quarantine...bring em back. Keep the cycle moving.
  9. That perhaps he said it VERY loudly...LOL.
  10. Multiple Coaches have tested positive around the state. It really isn't news.
  11. Covid: https://www.14news.com/2020/07/28/high-school-athletes-test-positive-covid-/
  12. I have to respectfully disagree. Unless there is a monumental failure in terms of how "cases" are handled, this shouldn't be that tough. As long as rudimentary case counts don't drive decision making, we can work through it.
  13. Yeah it was shut down from like March 23 to mid May. But running fine ever since with just basic common sense protocols.
  14. Lots of data on European studies for back to school....I won't go searching for you. Check out Sweden as an example and how teachers had lower risk relative to other occupations. Follow Newman Nahas on twitter.
  15. There are three Indiana schools that play an Illinois school on week two. Chatard, Andrean and Chesterton.
  16. If anyone closes anything for a "case"....they are doing it wrong. I have no doubt though in the more populated areas it could happen here and there. Lots of science showing it doesn't spread in schools.
  17. Reitz: https://www.courierpress.com/story/sports/2020/07/21/brunson-hopes-rebuild-reitzs-proud-program/5461492002/
  18. The Toyota plant in Gibson County Indiana has been doing it every day for months (3 shifts) with 7,000 people, most of them at a higher statistical risk based on age. They do it very simply with very limited resources. No one has died and a crap ton of Toyotas have been built.
  19. Do both while mitigating risk. If folks want to totally eliminate all risk from this virus...we need to all head home and not leave except to go to the grocery with an N95 mask on. I decided this morning not to cross the street to get my mail.....it just isn't worth the risk.
