  1. Head to head. SOS. Who you’ve beaten. OSU did not look the part all season but was propped up by wins over what turned out to be mediocre Notre Dame and Wisconsin teams. That being said, they fought yesterday but were outclassed because one coach played to win and the other played not to lose. Just look at the 4th down decision-making. What I’m interested is if Bama somehow beats UGA. Then it gets really chaotic. Say what you want about the 12 team playoff but this the last year for this type of drama.
  2. Harbaugh simply gave Moore the syllabus yesterday. Don’t over think it. He was the substitute teacher…though Sherrone has a bright future as a head coach somewhere.
  3. He sounded like he was signing off for the last time at that presser yesterday. That’s for sure.
  4. People love hypotheticals, and in a sport where you have over 400 teams, and only 15 games on the schedule, it’s the closest you can get on many occasions.
  5. BD vs Brownsburg/Cathedral/CG was the 6A title game. Snider vs Mishawaka was the 5A title game. East Central vs NorthWood was the 4A title game. Chatard vs Guerin Catholic was the 3A title game. Luers vs Eastside/Bluffton/LCC was the 2A title game. Lutheran vs Adams Central was the 1A title game.
  6. Michigan at #1…interesting…

  11. “Michigan hasn’t played anybody…” (Checks notes…) Michigan will likely be the only team in America with two top ten wins come Tuesday evening.
  12. Gimme Snider in each one of these contests…maybe even straight up against Cathedral.
  13. I remember one year a team from the state to our east won the national title with a third string QB.
  14. You know predictions have zero impact on the actual contest correct?
  15. I’ve seen this sentiment elsewhere and can’t really argue, especially with the QB injury. That being said, an undefeated FSU should still get in the playoff IMO.
  16. Respect your passion my man. Hope you had a good Thanksgiving and enjoy the games this weekend.
  17. This will be a great off season topic. But for now I’ll say this… Level of competition HAS to matter in this particular instance. You can’t compare what LCC/Luers accomplished to what Warren/CG did. I love a good debate more than anyone as you know but this is an open and shut case.
