  1. Cool, now we are comparing concessions. Michigan also doesn’t have a 4-8 season sprinkled in there and has rivals that are actually on top of their game right now. USC, Stanford, Navy, FSU and Boston College are cute little rivalries. Try playing OSU, MSU, and PSU annually.
  2. 25-17-1 Even your cute little stadium is a mini replica of The Big House.
  3. We going down this rabbit hole, huh? I’ll play. 5 of the last 8… 6 of the last 10…
  4. And Notre Dame can’t do a thing about it for a decade.
  5. In the big scheme of things, that score is meaningless to both programs at this point as they have bigger goals in mind. However, in this particular event (a discussion where both fan bases are riling one another up) the scoreboard is the checkmate. It’s good natured ribbing.
  6. You sure? Doesn’t seem like it.
  7. You can? You can see where a team that is coming off of a playoff appearance and owns the advantage in the all time head to head series against Notre Dame is “latching on” to a performance? Without Michigan, Notre Dame’s program ceases to exist. Know your history. Just simply stating the final score the last time your favorite team played my favorite team…that’s all. Go blue.
  8. If you say so. I'll repeat it though...you gotta let 45-14 go...
  9. I mean, we are often told to stay on topic and the only thing "on topic" regarding your post is the fact that football is one of MANY sports at the University of Michigan. The title of this thread is "college FOOTBALL 2020". We will see if @gonzoronshows up and sends you his classic "OOB forum" link.
  10. Am I expected to take the bait on this one?
  11. But what about spring workouts and 7 on 7?!?!?!?!?
  12. It’s definitely been a sight to see both programs benefitting from one another and the growth on a state wide level. Still no clue why other schools have failed to follow this blueprint.
  13. CG laid low during the indoor season for some reason, hence the reason they were unranked. They are a legit threat to be top 5 at the boys state finals.
  14. I rest my case. CG/HSE beat BD in boys track today and PLAINFIELD beat Warren. On the girls side, Warren, Pike and LN take the last three team places at the HSE relays as HSE, Fishers and CG cleaned up. Times have changed.
  15. Not even the early bird special with this guy. All talk. I agree about Bell. I think he makes it in the league.
  16. It’s carved into a table with a steak knife at “The Dollar” and if you refuse to meet him there, you are soft. Come on now.
  17. Gotta eventually get a coaching hire right.
  18. No Warren huh? Wow. They need a NINTH state championship to make the cut, lol?
  19. There is a reason (agree or not) that Harbaugh dropped the "some people are born on third base and think they hit a triple" quote after The Game on Thanksgiving weekend. The implication of this is that Day landed on his feet and hit the ground running due to Urban's recruiting prowess. I do think Day is one hell of a play caller though. OSU usually ramps things up as the season progresses (see Oregon last year) so you may be right. I just cannot get that defensive performance by the Irish in Freeman's debut out of my mind and OSU will have 4/5 star talent at every skill position (possibly the best in American again, though unproven). Maybe I am giving my Wolverines too much credit here, but I also believe that being the Buckeyes' next regular season opponent on the schedule after the way 2021 ended means they will have a bit of a chip on their shoulder. Once again, all hypothetical. I have seen the spread in double figures already.
  20. I know April college football analysis is laughable, but me thinks OSU names their score against ND. I do see Clemson descending and think the Irish have more than a puncher's chance in that one...
  21. Notice he is not saying ND will beat either...though I'll put my differences aside and root for them in both of those contests...especially week 1.
  22. Folks who grew up in the 80s when Lou and Bobby roamed the sidelines and the last time both were nationally relevant at the same time.
  23. 1. I’m not most Michigan fans but trust me. MSU/OSU are a much different level of hatred, especially recently. Bo probably disliked ND more so than Sparty but MSU wasn’t a threat to Michigan until the last 10-15 years. 2. I’m just busting your balls about the reversible jacket. Notre Dame football and Indiana basketball fans are the same humans. I don’t know why…but would love for you to be correct.
