  1. Guaranteed they do, especially if they are still a 6 team league.
  2. Says the guy who supposedly has me blocked.
  3. Let’s just called this what it is. “We got hurt feelings because you looked around but deep down it still benefits us to play you in football but give us a chance to win in the other sports at least.”
  4. Basketball and the other 18 sports don’t do their scheduling in advance? Come on…
  5. I just want to know if Ben Davis or Warren are going to claim a conference championship with a straight face should this schedule play itself out and they lose to both Carmel and Center Grove.
  6. DOMINATE…but they are now winning the non-country club sports (basketball, track, wrestling and football) also. Just seems strange based on their wording during the break up.
  7. Still hilarious and bad optics. They cut bait with all 2022 spring sports effective immediately. Why is football different?
  8. Back to the topic at hand, I’m not sure they are accurate and up to date but assuming they are, Harrell’s site has both Carmel and CG playing all 6 of the other MIC schools in 2022. If true, this is absolutely hilarious…them wanting to have their cake and eat it too. ”If you’re too good for us, then leave…but we will still play you and not count it as a conference game so someone else can claim the conference title.”
  9. The fan in me would love to see 8/12/16 but hard to justify after the semi finals are annual blowouts in most cases.
  10. Paging @Footballking16…

Wait, I thought the “big lie” was something else?
  12. Warm up hero, game time zero.

Just hope folks keep receipts as I do and hold our leaders accountable for their words and actions.
  14. I loved it. As someone who has coached at both the 1A and 6A level, I can tell you that when I started young at the small school level, changing the "I'm the best in my class" or "I'm the best in my county/neighborhood" mentality was a tall order. It was not until I exposed my athletes to the big boys outside of our area multiple times that they began to buy in to hard work and setting higher goals. It took time. When they started hanging with and beating the big boys, the corner had been turned.
  15. Helluva job by Coach Mason. Possibly the hardest working coach in the state. Kudos to him.

Oh, the POLITICAL science has definitely changed...
  17. Wow, why the large discrepancy between the two levels?
  18. @Footballking16 doesn’t understand that it’s a moving target. He will bend, stretch and move the goalposts however far is necessary to try to deflect from the facts staring him right in the face. Its extremely entertaining.

    What changed?
  20. The socioeconomics of Snider High School have changed dramatically in the last 10-20 years. They were well below 50 percent (hell well below 40 percent) in the mid 2000s and still hover right around 50% even today.
  21. Meanwhile Lia Thomas continues to dominate at the Ivy League Championships and looks primed to compete at NCAA’s…
  22. Awesome work. Kudos to those programs and their staffs. I agree on Jefferson, Mishawaka, Michigan City and Ole Miss. Willing to bet they are out working almost every other program in the state
  23. Long term success can be viewed in multiple ways I guess. I’d say looking at a 6-8 year window (so folks can’t just point to 1-2 strong classes) of winning seasons, more than one sectional title and at least 1 regional title.
  24. I thought Morton was who we were discussing. The Penn game won’t be much prettier but at least the bus ride is half as long.
  25. A true clown show this guy is. Snider is currently #42 in enrollment, making them #10 in 5A.
