That quarterback for Eastside is a heck of a player. Best athlete I have seen in a while. Just controlled the whole game. Congrats Eastside!! And great job Eastbrook on another fun season of high school football.

Eastbrook vs Blackford game has been canceled due to Blackford having kids out

I didn’t agree with only one game suspension either, until I heard of the punishment that the some parents and coaches have done. I think a couple of the kids have learned from their mistakes and won’t let it happen again. It does look bad if your an outsider and only see it as a one game suspension. But trust me it was more than that on and off the field Big win for ole miss last week. I thought that they would win but not by that much… saw Campbell had like 6 TDs

It’s awesome that Indiana has had these awesome kickers. Does anybody know if they went on to D1 to kick or even professional?

Our Eastbrook kicker made a 50 yard field goal tonight. I know it’s probably not a state record but might definitely be a school record. Does anyone know the state record for longest field goal?

Will be interesting to see some of the young guys step up for the Panthers.

Yeah it was ridiculous definitely an embarrassment for our community. Not the way and Eastbrook Panther is taught to handle themselves.

Some key positions and players

Not being smart after the win Saturday night.

Might be a pretty good game as Eastbrook will be without a handful of starters Interested to see the outcome of the Ole Miss and Oak Hill game. Ole Miss might have to much speed for the Eagles

Eastbrook has a senior running back out with a broken arm but hopefully returns before tournament. Last week was disappointing to see Ole Miss and Marion not play. To bad for the kids especially since most kids were out do to close contact quarantine, who will probably never end up getting COVID

Eastbrook has been without a senior running back he broke his arm during the summer. But tournament time will be fun this year with a stacked 2A North… little confused what you mean by some Grant County schools haven’t handled COVID cases appropriately… would love to no what you mean by that???

Marion wanted out not sure why.... I know they lost a lot of talent so maybe thats why. We tried to get better competition but would have to travel 2hrs to get a game all teams around are still under contract.

Ready for sectionals!!! Sectional 36 will not be an easy one for my Panthers.

Delta is going to be tough for us this week. Heard they have a D1 QB. Can anyone confirm that?

Liddick was a good QB but even better kid, wonder if that was the year we went to state having those extra games would definitely help

A little late getting on here, but my Panthers looked good, gonna be a tough road to get back to LOS again. Very impressed with the Engle kid, might be the first year in history an Eastbrook QB leads the conference in td passes. So glad football is back. Ready for some good ole trash talk!!!!!

My pick to win the CIC is Ole Miss, then Blackford and Alex fighting for second. Frankton finishing 4 and I think the rest of the spots are up for grabs. Hoping my Panthers can find some success. Might start the season a little slow with some injuries from football.

Can Saturday be here already?????? I think this will be a really good game. 2 hard nosed teams with 2 great coaches. Win or lose it is special to get this far, in the end these kids from both teams have been proving people wrong all year. I have been saying all year the thing that will hold Eastbrook back is their line on both sides. Then last week our line manhandle a huge Andrean team. Eastbrook had the biggest target for teams in the North, same for Western Boone and teams in the south, yet both found a way to play on thanksgiving weekend again. If you want to be the best, you have to beat the best and right now that’s Webo. So my Panthers better come out with energy and focus. Blue or Red ring it is special playing on thanksgiving weekend!
